Is it not common sense that when one is guilty one will always be suspicious? Why is Canada not a prrimary target for a USA would be terrorist that is inside Canada? Could this be a food for thought for fear mongeribg American politicians. Are terrorists not equally present in both countries?

Can someone show me where in our constitution that it says that every American is entitled to subsidized government health care. If people want health care, why won't they pay for it themselves? Health care is not a right no matter what anyone thinks.

My 8 year old son, his friend, and my younger son were cutting through a neighbors yard (which has no fence and joins several other yards and kids have been doing this for at least 2 years and owners have never told the kids to not go through the yard) the man who lives there comes around his garage says "What are you doing?" doesn't bother to wait for an answer and shoots my son in the leg with a paint ball, leaving a welt. (I also found out that this isn't the first time that he has taken shots at other kids). I didn't want to go talk to this guy by myself so I called my brother who is a cop and he told me to call the police, so I did. After talking to the police I just asked them to go talk to this guy for me as I'm kind of friends with this guys wife and our sons sometimes play with each other. I want to call her, but not sure what to say. I hope that we can still be friendly. What would you have done?

It appears some people here think "diplomacy" would be a good option. Do we have a summit with Bin Laden? What do we offer him, and what do we ask in return?

"It is not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most responsive to change" -Darwin

Legislators block their own term limits, they set their own pay, and they cater to the interests of powerful people that can get them re-elected instead of doing what is best for the country.

Publicly financed elections may at least partially solve the last problem, but how can we do away with the conflicts of interests that allow the same legislators with the same old ideas to stay in power for decades? If our very system precludes us from adapting quickly to our rapidly changing world, won't we just be playing the same game that all failed nation-states have played (and lost)?

What if we dissolved Congress into multiple houses that oversaw each other, so that we could have checks and balances within the legislature itself? That way, we also wouldn't have to expect legislators to be experts on every issue, and we could actually elect experts in their fields.

I am not a republican but I am shocked by what I read and hear in the media. You guys did the same thing with Clinton. In France, Mitterant who was president for 14 years, had a daughter out-of-wedlocks. Many knew about it for years but no scandal. You can dissent of course but why all that savagery.

Someone who I know phished my e-mail account, and stole pictures of me of a semi-pornographic fashion that I sent to my man in Iraq... she has then posted them on myspace, in MY NAME saying that I am looking for a man who is big and such, and I don't know what to do. I contacted myspace about it and have yet to hear from them. I'm desperate for answers. Local PD and the PD in her state have no law on it... so there is nothing they can do either. Someone point me in the right direction on how to correct this awful situation!

Is resulting to violence the only answer to wake up the nation. When the mass minority has gained a mass control we have tyranny.
When the media does not make it clear that the people are demanding something, the people must refer to the declaration of Independence for answers.

My question has nothing to do with race. It is about America and civil liberties, Freedom . We are all influenced through propaganda to be financial slaves.
