Why are you asking these 9th grade questions. You have a history test?

President! At least now, however you could have been president when the constitution 1st passed and not been born in the US!

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

The interesting part is that it says nothing about the vice-president! Perhaps someone can point out where in the Constitution it says anything about age or citizenship of the vice-president!

Only the President and Vice President.

A Senator has to have been a citizen for nine years; a Representative for seven years.
