Type up the paper work and go with both parties to the notary to have it witnessed.

Sign the papers in front of the notary.

for a document to be notarized it must be signed in the presence of the notary. I know some will notarize a document if they are confident the person claiming to sign the paper did sign it (this is called substantial compliance). It is best to have the paper and person and pen and the notary all in one place.

The parents need to sign the document in front of the notary. They will need to show proof that they are the parents. It sounds like maybe they don't want the kid to go and therefore don't want to go "through the hassle!" Sounds like alot of trouble for something that maybe the child shouldn't do.

ok, at the beginning...for the reason that while is abortion significant surgical operation? there is no longer even any reducing that happens...it takes like 5 minutes, and there is an extremely, VERY low hazard that something can circulate incorrect if it rather is being carried out by way of a professional. there is infrequently something that would circulate incorrect. i think of that a youthful female who's like thirteen could choose parental consent. yet while they attain 14 or 15, i do no longer think of it may well be needed. A verify could never have rights over their youngster's very own physique. and that i do no longer think of they ought to EVER ought to be notified of it. for many women, abortion is an extremely very own ingredient. A verify does no longer ought to appreciate each thing approximately their youngster's existence. all people is entitled to secrets and techniques, as long as those secrets and techniques do no longer bodily injury absolutely everyone. If, God forbid, some thing DOES circulate incorrect throughout the time of the abortion, then somebody desires to be notified. yet different than that, female's physique = female's decision. i won't have the capacity to have self assurance somebody might refuse to sign for his or her daughter to get an abortion while that undesirable female has been raped. it rather is purely unhappy. :/

That is graet! We don't even know where you are. How is a notary going to prove your relationship? Anyone can be signing the paper!

Need to go to the Corrections website of the state you are in and find the appropriate mechanism! If you are a victim, they will not allow it no matter how many times your parents sign it.

A notary has to see the person signing and verify it is them by looking at their driver's license, which they record and keep in their file. They have to be there. No sneaky way out of it. And your not gonna get a notary to lie for you, they will lose their license.
