When the truth (facts) are sorted out, it is plain to see the issue is blacks wanting to get away with a crime against a white person. The blacks were criminal in their attack on the white student. When a hideous crime occurs against whites by blacks, Al Sharpton and the NAACP are no where to be found.

Shouldn't we at least have standards for our President, if not our children?

The following is from Yahoo! News....

The White House inadvertently showed how it tries to prevent Bush from making even more slips of the tongue than he already does.

As Bush addressed the U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday, a marked-up draft of his speech briefly popped up on the U.N. Web site, complete with a phonetic pronunciation guide to get him past troublesome names of countries and world leaders.

.... Doesn't that amaze anyone? And we're all responsible. We've let this happen, where idiots can lead our country, violate our rights, and nobody does a damn thing. It's really sad. And yes, this is just my opinion, but it doesn't eliminate the sad fact above.

At my current job, most of the employees are part-time workers, and they try to schedule us to under 30 hours for the week. A lot of times we are called in for additional hours which sometimes puts us over 40 hours for the week. However, instead of logging in (via company intranet) they have us fill out "mis-punch" forms for the additional hours. They do this to avoid paying us anything additional to our normal pay if we surpass 40 hours for the work week. Is this legal? This is a huge corporation, although Im not sure if the whole company condones this or if just the store I work in does so. If this is illegal, what actions can I take or who, outside of the company, should I speak to? Is there anyway to get any pay from the past weeks that I worked over 40 hours?
Thanks, and if your an employment lawyer please let me know when responding.

A few questions.

As we all know, Brian is WELL ahead of Beach Bum in Best Answers (I think he's like 1900 + and she's only 1700 +), my question is why does she still show up as Top Answerer sometimes? And, when she does, why is Brian not even in the top ten?

Secondly, why is it that, even when she was here, I never saw many answers from her? I honestly recall only one or two.

Lastly, does anyone else feel that to hold Top Answerer you should be required to NOT make your Q & A private?

The polls show all the democrats beating all the republicans by decent margins, except for Guiliani, who keeps it close. People favor the democrats now as a party by pretty wide margins. The odds are that congress will increase the democratic majority. Where did the GOP go wrong? I think it's immigration. They appear to be a southern, racist party. They are killing themselves with hispanics, and they need to not hand that voting bloc over to democrats. On the other side, there are conservatives that are mad more is not being done on the border. For me it was Iraq, but I was a left leaning independent. Iraq just turned me off of them completely. Do they have a chance to come back?

If someone sent a petition to a Superior Court, and signed the statement declaring, "I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct," and you have proof that they lied (they lie about many things) would the courts really do anything about it? And if so what would they do?

Could you sue them for lying about you?

If no one knows the answers to these questions, might anyone know where I could find out?

Just curious if there are any reasons why I shouldn't vote for the guy. I'm leaning, but I haven't decided completely. Just wondering if anyone knows anything I don't. :)

I remember a few years ago this couple that worked for the coroner's office had sex with a dead woman or girl together. I can't remember the deceased person's age. At the time there were no laws on the books that addressed such behavior so no charges were brought against them. Has anything changed?

Is Pentagon City really a city? When I visited Washington DC I remember the subway had a stop at the Pentagon called Pentagon City. What city is that in? I think it's actually across the river from Washtington DC. On the news though, they always show the Pentagon as being in Washington.

The person who had the car failed to make the payments and the loan company came after my friend. They garnished his wages. What can he do, i know he is legally liable for the payments, but after paying the debt, do you think he can get that money from the car owner, can he recover his credit. Thanks. Don't tell me the rules, just tell me how to get his money back. thanks

If you are tailgating at a concert or something and "event staff" (not police) try to hold you for public drunkeness until police come is that legal? You would have every right to run from them right? This is outside of the event, say in the parking lot.

What's the chance that Bill Clinton AND his wife both happen to be fit to be president of the United States? Any mathematicians know? Do you think it's pretty odd that the first possible female candidate to be president also happens to be the wife of a former president?
