I remember a few years ago this couple that worked for the coroner's office had sex with a dead woman or girl together. I can't remember the deceased person's age. At the time there were no laws on the books that addressed such behavior so no charges were brought against them. Has anything changed?

The law simply states that beastiality is not legal. It doesnt specify whether it is illegal with only living animals but courts tend to look to legislative intent if it is unclear. In this case I imagine that the legislature intended on making it illegal to have sex with animals whether alive or dead.

It's called Necrophilia and if it's not illegal...it definitely should be. I think most of the time they get you on charges for desecrating a corpse or something along those lines.
And...that is pretty sick.

It should be for two reasons, first, how would you get their consent, and second, think of all the bacteria crawling around on rotting flesh.

it is called necrofelia and it is illegal as the person you are having sex with can not consent so it is basically rape.
