they were called the BILL OF RIGHTS. Even 230 years ago they knew that RIGHT was important, and that is why we have the RIGHT political party in the White House for the last eight years. May they continue for the next 100 years, because we cannot afford even one day of Hillarious or Obama.

Wow, you must be new. They are known as the Bill of Rights. But just because a right is not enumerated therein does not mean that it is not retained to the People or the States.

Didnt they cover this in 4th grade?!? i rememeber covering this in 4th grade. Are you in 4th grade yet?? if you're not, its cool... understanding the question. If you are... i have some serious questions about the education system in america.

Interesting. Yes... it is the bill of rights... and if you Google US Constitution... they will tell you ALL 10 of them... and the rest of the amendments too!! (Read your book, do your homework)
