Definitely Bush. Clinton lied about his personal sex life. I wish some **** on a dress is all we had to worry about today. Bill Clinton was by far a better president, it's not even a competition.

Clinton got a hummer in the oval office and Bush gives hummers to Saudi royals, the ruling family of the same country that gave us 19 of the 20 hijackers that 'made Bush famous'. So, you tell me.

George W. Bush BY FAR! He didn't even really get elected and he's ruining our country I can't wait to see him go!!!
The reason why is because he has no reason for us to be at war right now, he is adding on to our deficit and our economy is going down the pooper and he is not doing anything about it. He is so wrapped up in playing GI Joe that he is destroying our country. Further, he supposedly is very smart, but I think his dad bought his education. AND, hardly any other countries like and certainly don't respect him...he's ruining our international image as well. Instead of coming in to the Presidency and fixing problems in the US, he has made things worse. He sucks. Clinton created a booming economy and had one of the best employment ratings of recent Presidencies. Plus anything Clinton did was crap other Presidents did, but never got caught for - he was tabloid drama, but he did the job.

Bush all the way. All clinton did was scandelous stuff. Bush instead is responsible for keeping the soldiers out there in iraq even tho congress says otherwise. Not to mention how irrisponsible he is. Clinton was actually a gr8 president. Bush is a hick. Nuff-said

Bush, by far. Clinton will actually turn out to have been a very good and competent president, a fantastic administrator who left the government is great shape financially, crime reduced and dropping and so on. Bush is destroying the U.S. more quickly then thought possible.

Clinton disgraced the office like no President before him. His scandals--there were so many--all became public, or perhaps there are more we do not even know about yet. Bush just did his job as he saw it and never flaunted other women to his wife, then cop out and say to the camera that he "did not have sex with that woman".

1. Leaving his successor with a healthy budget surplus
2. 8 years of uninterrupted economic growth
3. 8 years of decreasing poverty
4. 50% reduction in violent crime over his administration
