Do you know what city you were born in? From that you can find the county. The county clerk or hall of records will be able to supply you with a copy of the birth certificate.

Contact the Social Security administration to obtain a copy of your SS card.

Go to the health department, pay $3.00, and they will print you out a birth certificate right then. As for the social security card, you will have to go to the social security department.

If you were born here in the USA, it's not that difficult. The hard part is the all day wait in line. Go to your nearest Bureau of Vital Statistics.
