A girl has filed a complaint agst me for harassment and I rec'd a summons 2 appear 4 court.The matter is so stupid, I can't believe the whole thing. 2 try and make it short, this woman is so jealous of me and angry b/c her husband cheated on her and as a result him and I have a child. B/C he's a such liar I found about her after the fact.Throughout the past few years,she has called me and emailed me on few occassions asking if I was still involved with, if I saw him or if he's been to visit our daughter b/c she doesn't want him 2 c her b/c he will still have 2 c me. I told her 2 not call me, ask him. He's told her that he doesn't contact me, but that is a lie. I want nothing 2 do w/ this man, but he puts it in her head that I do b/c I'm pursuing child support. Recently she really irked me,so I started calling her phone(but didnt talk) or sent text msgs calling her names, so she filed this suit. She's called me 2,but I didn't run 2 the cops b/c its stupid. Can it b dropped?

never get charged for not having the correct paperwork e.g.valid drivers license, social security, plates, insurance, etc...if they are already in the system, why don't they get processed for being here illegally?

My friend came by the house today.

"Come on," he said. "I'm going down to the cemetary to kick this guy's butt."

"Oh," I said. "What's he doing at the cemetary?"

"Well, ya know all those people that died in the bus wreck? He gonna visit thier graves."

"Oh. Well, lots of folks have been to the graveyard to pay thier respects. That was a horrible crash."

"Yeah, but this guy is different. He lived next door to the busdriver."

"So? That doesn't mean that they were friends."

"Maybe not, but you know how bad that area of town is. Everyone that lives over there is a crimminal. Did you know that the busdriver was drunk when he wrecked?"

"Well, this guy drinks, too. HE. DRINKS. Can you believe it? How could any decent person ever have...alcohol? It's just...wrong."

i got to hand it to cbs, they took it to the guy..pretty strong stuff for a reporter to say to a president of a country, terroristic as they are..mah mood hit all the usual DNC topics, wasting the national treasure on the war on terror, helping katrina victims, abu grahb....he does have a much more pleasant laugh than hillary though...other than that...pretty much the same people..

So they can save on medical costs associated with crashes, insurance, use of emergency personnel, backing up traffic, etc. Earlier I asked if people agree with the state making seatbelts mandatory and most people agreed with it even though there was no real direct hurting of another person by not wearing one (people felt it would cause more injury and death and indirect societal costs by making it optional) so the question is why would those same people not be in favor of banning motorcycles altogeather using the same logic (at what point does personal liberty become more important than societal responsibility and what criteria do we use to determine that?

I read that often in here. And often right next to racist questions and answers.

And yes I believe that many people who are Antis are not racist. But I know that some are and they are not just a few people and they have a real influence in the Anti movement.

For example I have been called so far a dirty or worthless or trashy Mexican (rhymes as) "witch" "rut" "war" and "hunt". OK maybe you say they were just low lifes and trolls or that they are just words on a screen or that I deserve it if I am going to say controversial things.

And maybe that is true but that is not the point. The insults are not about me personally they are about people who think that it is ok to be racist and use the Anti movement as an excuse to be racist.

And when I read some things that Antis talk about doing I think of history..like Operation Wet back and other things.

So..this isn't about race?

I constantly see questions and answers on here about how things like the patriot act is unconstitutional and how our forefathers would be ashamed... For what are suppose to be progressive parties, they sure do like to live in the past.

Our country may have been founded a mere 200+ years ago but so much has changed. Now we have bombs that can take out whole cities and destroy whole states' living conditions... people that will fly airplanes as big as a football field into public buildings killing thousands. Our Forefathers have been outdated by technology where just a small group of 100 or so can take out millions in our country with the help of a nuke or two.

I read the Franklin quote regurgitated every day about a person giving up freedom for security deserves neither... Do you think he could even fathom people flying planes into skyscrapers, let alone nuclear bombs? If we're not secure, how long will our freedom last?
