my girlfriend at the time put a second cell hpne in her name under her name for me as I was in hawaii I moved back to michigan and we ended up breaking up and she wants me to transfer cell over to my name and I really dont want to as I have a better cellphone plan from another company and she says it is my responsibility to transfer or pay her the money to disconnect service. the phone isnt even in my name period, What are my legal standings if any. Heck I could just mail the phone back and not even pay the usuage bill and she would be stuck or could she take me to small claims court even though phone was in her name?

Did the people on the frontier actually NEED a law that protected their right to hunt for their food or fight off thieves/robbers?

Why did they need a law then keeping government from infringing on those inherit rights, other than to defend oneself from a corruptable government?

When a democrats sees the truth they flag people and Yahoo pulls it with out checking if the rules have been broke. It seems the PC police are hard at work with in Yahoo for the DNC. Don’t you think they should check things out before pulling and costing points? Lets all stand up to this!

When the embodiment of death comes to pay its wishes, I have observed this week that many liberals embrace it, and normal people reject it. It is also worth mentioning that those who do evil take delight in misdirection, lies, and vague responses to specific questions. In doing so the liberals give "credit and tolerance" where "trust and verify" should actually be the policy. And in allowing this the far left in America give the impression that America is weak, not worth defending, and thusly our enemies grow emboldened as they plot their next attack upon us.

Isn't it a joyous thing to see evil (the US) being defeated by slightly less evil (Al Qaeda) ?

i get the feeling that 99 percent of them take the attitude of john edwards, that the war on terror is just a bumper sticker...do you have any idea how dangerous that approach to terror is? can any liberal explain why we should NOT worry about their approach to truly dangerous situations like the one we see developing with syria and israel??

I'm very curious how people spin this. If you love America you must love the constitution. If you love the constitution you have to believe in free speech. The constitution doesn't say free speech for people we agree with, it says free speech for everyone. If you don't like what he has to say then don't listen, So how can you tell someone that in America they don't have the right to speak? If you think that he shouldn't be allowed to speak then do you think we should change the constitution?

In 1990 my mother was granted visition rights to see her children in the state of Kansas under supervision of their paternal grandmother at her house (nowhere else and even with my grandmother we could not leave the house, also a person from child protective services has to be on the premisis at the time). In 1995 she was convicted of Forgery and sentenced to 5 years probation in the state of Utah (she had gone there to see another child). As part of her probation in Utah she was not allowed to leave the state. My question is can the state of Utah deny my mother her rights to visit her children in Kansas because of probation even though the state of Kansas set very strict guidelines of the meeting places? If not is there anything we can do (now we are over 18 years old but this stripped us of a chance to get to know our mother at all).

NO WAY! These are HONEST Politicians and will not drag up any dirt on the Labor Party. And Pigs will Fly. Toney Boney Abbott has already started his pick, picking attack on Labor.
" We will not be digging up any dirt on them, Never ." We are trying to bury them." He said under his breath. "You can't break down a brick wall with a toothpick, but we will try with John's forward thinking for Australia. That will get us elected again. Kevin Rudd could not respond to the request as He is still trying to pick himself off the floor. Maybe it is his heart valve playing up. Or maybe he can't stop laughing at Howards Policies.

the idea of an old white businessman surrounded by gang members is amusing.

but seriously, if all things are equal, why can't they go to real prison like poor people?

does it have to do with something like the people that run prisons are class collaborators?
