When they have Richard Mellon Scaife. As partisans go, there isn’t anyone else willing to put so much of their money where their ideologies drive them, $340 million by some estimates.

Among the right-wing organizations substantially funded by Mr. Scaife are the Heritage Foundation, the American Enterprise Institute, Judicial Watch, Cato Institute and a working group within his American Spectator publication called the “Arkansas Project,” whose specific aim was to locate and create dirt on the Clintons in order to smear them, in hopes of removing Clinton from office.
I mean isn't this the guy that tells them what to think, anyone who knows anything about this guy knows he's a major league scumbag or does your side just scream in hopes of hiding the facts?

How ever, it also states that an added afidated can be added to imply alimony if needed. We have agreed to alimony and have a letter notarized to do so. I dont understand why Americans are divided by political agendas. Republican, Democrate, Liberal, Left-Wing. Why dont we just say to hell with all of them and debate the issues as what we are, human beings.

Is a contract enforceable (i.e. is there consideration) when one party (in good faith or in bad faith) agrees not to initiate litigation (or not to sue) against the other party for an alleged breach of an existing contract between the parties.

If anyone can point to a site that specifically mentions this or a case where this was resolved, it would be much appreciated.

It would be almost impossible to solve illegal immigration in the United States. One way I think we can solve it is by deporting an amount of illegals back to there country. As deporting the whole population is not ecnomically viable for our economy and our pocketbooks. What about deporting all the ones who do not pay taxes. There is away for some illegal immigrants to pay taxes, althought only a minority does this. But, even thought they are in this country illegally, they are not eating up our resources, because they contribute to our governments cofers, and in return they should be given some rights. Although, I do not support illegal immigration, I think allowing the ones who pay taxes and the dependants of those to stay. As they are atleast taking some stance, and not just trying to get by the easy and free way. If i did not have to pay taxes of course I would not. But, why is it fair for an illegal immigrant to not pay taxes?

I live in California and I got pulled over for the first time ever (I'm 19) and was given a citation or "Notice to Appear" slip for not having headlights on at night. It was an honest mistake in a brightly lit location and I simply didn't think to turn them on. Anyway...the officer that pulled me over said he wasn't gonna fine me for it but handed me the "Notice to Appear" slip and said to call the number at the bottom. I called it and was given the option of Traffic school, or paying a $110 fine by an answering machine. I will call tomorrow when an actual person will answer the phone but if I decide to do traffic school, do I still have to appear in court? Or can I just take an online one, go to the court building, turn in the certificate and be done with it? Thanks for answers

By any measure, the Blue states are far richer than the red states.

OK, the blue states pay more in taxes now, but should they pay even more? Clearly taxes aren't progressive enough and the rich blue states are only preventing the poor from getting by.

Shouldn't the blue states pay more in taxes, maybe having their taxes doubled for tax equality?

Or are the blue states just greedy, and desire to keep the money for themselves?
