don't have the rent on october 1st? The order was signed by the judge on August 9th. I live in Florida.

I don't know all the specifics of your case, but if the landlord accepted your rent, the eviction has probably been voided. This happens automatically because you cannot evict someone and then continue to collect rent from them.
He/she would have to refile all the necessary paperwork to proceed again.

Sounds like it is getting to be a habit. He probably dropped the order when you paid the rent back then. I would be looking for another eviction notice and he will probably not accept the late payment this time and allow the order to proceed.

if the rent you paid was for the month of Oct. and you had no back rent due i would hazard a guess that his acceptance of your money made null the eviction order but i am no lawer
