Is this a good Illegal Immigration stance?

It would be almost impossible to solve illegal immigration in the United States. One way I think we can solve it is by deporting an amount of illegals back to there country. As deporting the whole population is not ecnomically viable for our economy and our pocketbooks. What about deporting all the ones who do not pay taxes. There is away for some illegal immigrants to pay taxes, althought only a minority does this. But, even thought they are in this country illegally, they are not eating up our resources, because they contribute to our governments cofers, and in return they should be given some rights. Although, I do not support illegal immigration, I think allowing the ones who pay taxes and the dependants of those to stay. As they are atleast taking some stance, and not just trying to get by the easy and free way. If i did not have to pay taxes of course I would not. But, why is it fair for an illegal immigrant to not pay taxes?

Illegals are Illegals no matter what. So if we can't afford to send ever last one of them back to where they came from than we just need to shut up and deal with the fact that they are already here.

We just need to concentrate on ways to keep more illegals from getting into this country, that's all.

no here's why. here's the frightening math of the whole thing if the 1986 amnesty of about 2 million illegals encouraged 12 to 21 million more illegals to come looking for the same. what would a 3rd wave of illegals look like 24 million to 42 million? you cannot give something away and not expect word to spread. it would not be impossible to get rid of all illegals. start deporting them, remove their reason for being here jobs access to any services, medical, financial aid. change the law so if they are caught in the U.S. they will forfeit their right to ever become a citizen whether they have family here or not and they will leave by themselves. they have to leave. another amnesty can't happen if we ever hope to have a controlled immigration. you cannot have people just show up and figure out later how you will shelter, educate, transport, feed, employ, and clothe them. infrastructure does not support unchecked growth. honestly people need to think in broader terms it's all warm and fuzzy to think we can take care of the world. the reality is if you have a wedding with 500 guests and 3000 show up some body's going without. nothing is infinite, look at the world thats why they have problems because the land for whatever reason cannot support the number of people living off it.

Well Slick, I agree that it is not fair for them to not pay taxes, but you sound just as confuse as the rest of the middle class Americans. The fact is that the gov. will never try to stop illegal immigration. And the simple reason is this: The US was founded just like all other powerful nations in the past such as Rome, Egypt, and China, Slavery; Wheter we agree or not, the illegal aliens work harder and get pay less. That is why they get free medical care because is cheaper to provide funding for medical services and food stamps then to pay good salaries for good quality work. If you want to deport everybody who does not pay taxes, then you need to start with the corporations that get a lot of tax shelters that affect your and my living conditions. It's more expensive to give the illegal aliens retirement and social security then to give them free food stamps. I agree, they need to come in legally, but let's not forget that our founding fathers came illegally into this country because they did not believe in living under an oppress system. The two big differences, is that our fathers established their own rules and committed the biggest genocide in the history of human kind with the American Indians and build this country using cheap and free labor.

Many individuals believe that americans are so special because we were born into a country that is free. But we americans when we look back at our ancestry you will see that almost all of our families were immigrants at one point in our lives. Yes there are many people who come to the united states illegally but their reasons for coming are so they may better themselves and their families. For a second, think about if you lived in a country that did not offer you the benefits that we are offered. That many of these illegals in their home country barely even have a house to live in or even have the chance to have a job. That many of their meals are of eating the same thing everyday. That they only have one pair of shoes and one set of clothes. Put yourselves in there place. Would you remain in that lifestyle or would you take the risk to go into another country just to try and give your family a better chance then you got? All illegals are doing is sacraficing themselves just as many mother and father in the US do day in and day out. I do believe though that if any individual illegal or legal have a criminal record should be remove from the united states. Many people argue that illegals are a problem but what about all our people who are americans and have been given the land of opportunity and rather than improving themselve they are killing stealing and hurt others but for the illegals that do not hurt others they must suffer I do not believe that this is fair. If we want to improve our country then just get rid of those who do harm and leave the others alone.

I think we need legal sensing chips implemented on every person in the US, whether your a visitor from another country, you should be required to have a legal status chip implemented on you. Every public place should have a sensor that senses that chip and flashes green if you have a chip and red if you don't. Those who don't will automatically claimed to be illegal because you would have to obtain that chip from the INS and if you don't then your automatically refused service and if you have been refused service by the sensor for more than 5 times then you will be deported back to your country of origin. The 5 times you get refused is a warning that you have to be legalized to receive the service. This legal sensor technology system will automatically tell you who's illegal in this country. This system will force illegals back to their country because they wouldnt be able to receive service anywhere.
