Obviously, the assumption in the question is that the Republicans stole the last two elections.
My own opinion is that the Republicans just did a better job getting out their voters in 2004. While there were some questionable returns in parts of Ohio, the gap in Ohio was too large for any "fraud" in those precincts to have made a difference.
We will never know who really should have won the 2000 election. An analysis of the Florida ballots showed that, if a full and proper recount had been conducted (and some counties did not do the mandatory recount that they should have under Florida law), it would depend on the rule ultimately adopted by the courts for interpreting those ballots. In addition, there was the design of the ballot in Palm Beach County (admittedly by a well-meaning Democratic election offical) that led to a clear erroneous recording of votes in that County which probably determined the outcome of the election.
The bottom line is that we have an imperfect election system in this country. There are good reasons for fearing certain manufacturers of election machinery (given their express partisan statements). However, it is only possible to steal an election if it is very very close. The last two Presidential elections were decided by states which were close or very very close. Until after election day, we will not know if the 2008 election falls into that category. Current polls indicate that it will not.

So then how come they didn't steal the November '06 elections since the republicans had the majority at that time in both the house and the senate plus the white house. It would have been easier than to steal the 2000 . Sore looser

The claims of "stealing" the election refer to alleged voter fraud -- something that is claimed, and often proven (though usually only years after the fact) in most contentious elections.

If so, that means that several million dead Democrats that voted, still wasn't enough.
