For me - I think of Luara Secord who walked miles and miles to warn the British of overheard invasion plans asking for General Fitzgiven when she got there

She warned of the plans and British forces , forced the surrender of the would be American invaders to Canada

if we loose our way of life and the middle class keeps getting bled at this rate people may finely start paying attention to the things that should matter. right now people only think as far as today's headline. which in this case is almost always Iraq or terror. truth is if we would have been more worried about our own house and were watching our own yard we may never have had to tread this current path. we have a commitment to keep the people of this country free not to be the hall monitors of the world.
