They want to create a healthcare system for everyone. This would be good, but they are not getting to the root of the problem. Healthcare does not make people healthy, nor does taking a pill. These temporarily fix the problem. Eating healthy and exercise make you healthy. I believe that any business that serves unhealthy food or products ie(fast food , cigarettes) should pay for the healthcare system. I know some of you are going to say it is a persons choice to do those things and I agree, but when I have to pay for them through my taxes I have no choice. So because of their bad choices I have to pay. Let me know what you think. I have some other ideas that I will ask later. I just want to see some feedback.

Corporations have centralized decision making, are a collective of labor, serve their own self interest, crush whistle blowers or internal descentors, make public statements that protect themselves even at the risk of endorsing a lie, and expand their power by any means possible and accepted. Are they like little communist blocks?

All parties want less government involved. It's the platform of the Libertarian party, the Republican party prides itself on wanting a smaller government, and the Democratic party does not want the government to have control over individual choices. With all of that being said, what are your issues with other parties? Everyone is after the same goal, but with different ideas as to how to solve them. Please be respectful of others, and only answer the question and not go on a rant. Thank you.

General Petraeus is a good American and a great General with a stellar record. He deserves respect. Not the slander and hatred the Left has poured on him.

Do you stand by our warriors, the protectors of our freedom?

Or do you stand by the hate America Left?

Well, except for that Obama guy, who Busheviks say not to vote for on account of he's got a funny sounding last name.

So let me see if I've got this straight, Republicans. All of those Stinking, America Hating, Socialist, Homosexual Loving, Democrats voted to go to war in Iraq? And that wasn't enough to tip you off to the fact that it was a bad idea?

After all, a lot of them went along with the Beloved Leader's Amnesty Plan, and you saw through that, didn't you?

A bunch of students at the University of Florida protested the 'censorship' of the tasered dude.

And besides that, some are now claiming this was a deliberate stunt:

There is not a single government employee that is without coverage and that is over 35 million Americans . We have no trouble paying taxes for salaries and providing health care coverage for those people . From the parks department cutting grass to the president of the United States they all have coverage .
You may also want to know that millions of people who work for non profit foundations also have coverage and those people are also paid for with donations from working Americans .

Seems the people without coverage are the ones working to pay taxes and make donations to pay the wages and health care of others .

We have millions of construction workers ,warehouse employees , farm hands ,and processing workers , along with retail workers who have no money left to pay for health care on the wages they earn after rent , electric food and car payments and insurance to be able to get to work .

Please do not tell me that the poor working tax payers do not get medical care .

My son is only 4 years old, his "father" is in the military and has only seen him about 3 times in the past 4 years...He recently contacted me saying he is filing paperwork for my son to see him out of state (out of state visitation) i live in ohio and he lives in georgia, does he have a good chance of getting the visitation? He has never been alone with my son, and has only seen him THREE times in 4 years...which is his doing, not the military. Only answers from people who have been in this situation or have legal experties please.

I have 2 misdemeanors and one felony, drug charges. They are all related and basically one incident. I want to get my record sealed and was hoping I didn't have to hire a lawyer. I know that I need to get the FDLE thing and then what do I do? Will probation mail me a letter saying that I am done with supervision? Or do I have to ask for this? If so who do I ask? Also, I have a charge that was no-billed, will this be part of the sealed thing? Or will this still appear on my record? Can someone who has actually done this in Florida, give me some guidance I am serious about this but not rich and would like to avoid paying a lawyer to do this if it is something I am capable of doing on my own. Thank you!

By Adam Tanner
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A U.S. federal judge tossed out a lawsuit by California's attorney general on Monday seeking hundreds of millions of dollars from six automakers for damaging the state with climate-changing greenhouse gases.
Martin Jenkins, a federal judge in the Northern District of California, said the issue of global warming should be decided in the political rather than legal arena.
"The Court finds that injecting itself into the global warming thicket at this juncture would require an initial policy determination of the type reserved for the political branches of government," Jenkins wrote in approving the automakers' motion to dismiss the case.
The suit, filed in September, targeted General Motors Corp, Ford Motor Co, Toyota Motor Corp, the U.S. arm of Germany's DaimlerChrysler AG and the North American units of Japan's Honda Motor Co and Nissan Motor Co Ltd.

Isn’t a lawsuit like this going a bit overboard? Is California’s attorney general for real? Does he expect people to walk to work?
