The punitive articles start are article 77 of the UCMJ, As for domestic violence, that can be covered under article 134 with a sub article specifically for domestic violence. On top of that since there are clear distinct regulations about domestic violence Article 92 Failure to obey order or regulation.

Chapter 3-3 - NVAA 1999 Article 15. covers child abuse and spousal abuse. Speak to Navy legal for assistance. No one should be subjected to that. There is help out there for you and you aren't the only one.

Punitive art. are 83-134 (close enough). I think it is in the 80's.
