in the Las Vegas robbery. 67% believe he was innocent in the LA murders so do you think there is a chance in hell he will be convicted in a jury trial?

That is good. The prosecution will have the burden of proving him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, as they should. Having said that, I think he is guilty of both. He can be convicted in the court of public opinion but in a court of law the state must present the evidence and when they do I think he will be convicted.

Did this poll also show how many whites, Orientals, Amerinds, or Hispanics think OJ is innocent?
Whenever a poll includes only one ethnic group, the results are no longer valid, because the nature of the poll is discriminatory and/or racially biased.
Also, since it is evident that others involved in the incident are willing to make a deal to testify in exchange for leniency, I think finally this time OJ will get the punishment he deserves.

IF THE JUDGE IS TRYING TO PUNISH HIM FOR A CASE HE HAS BEEN TRIED AND ACQUITED FOR THAT IS WRONG.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES WHEN I SAW THE JUDGE THAT REFUSED TO SET BAIL FOR OJ ON TV TALKING ABOUT THIS CASE. LEO TERREL WAS FURIOUS AT THAT JUDGE.

LAST NIGHT EVEN SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT DON'T LIKE OJ SAID HE WAS SET UP.

THEY ARE NOT THROWING THE BOOK AT OJ THEY ARE THROWING A WHOLE LIBRARY AT HIM. VERY UNFAIR AND THAT WILL CAUSE THIS CASE TO GO TO TRIAL AND THE STATE WILL LOSE BECAUSE OF THEIR OVER
CHARGING HIM.

THERE ARE STILL FAIR MINDED PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY WHEN IT COMES TO THE LAW.

YOU CAN'T RETRY A CASE IN DISQUISE FOR ANOTHER CRIME.

LETS BE FAIR AND SEE HOW THIS ALL UNFOLDS.

Blacks will always stand by other blacks no matter how much evidence there is against them. Its always just the white man keeping them down.
