Every time a democrat speaks, Republican broadcasters yell SOCIALISM! COMMUNISM! WE ARE GOING DOWN THE TUBES MY FELLOW AMERICANS.

C'mon, government providing services and goods to the public IS NOT socialism or communism, nor even a hint of it.

Centralized planning for all resources and industry and eliminating the free and open stock market, is socialism and communism.

Now, please name me a major democratic leader that is endorsing eliminating American corporations and bond and stock markets and endorsing centralized government control of these markets.

If you can, and are credible about it, then, I'll get on the radio with these guys and yell as loudly as they do!

sigh.. . . . .It's become quite tedious, to say the least, that we still have people asserting that we should've attacked Saudi Arabia as a result of 9/11 because the hijackers were Saudis . Sorry folks but if you have said that , you oughta take a deep breath and start considering more rational thought . But in the interest of trying to reslove this notion , I will play devil's advocate to try and put this into perspective .
"We should've attacked Saudi Arabia because the hijackers were Saudis".. . . . . .Let's put that notion to the test shall we . OK , what if say 5 Americans blow-up a building in Great Britain ? Should Great Britain attack us ?
What if 20 Americans blow-up a building in Australia ? Should Australia attack us ?

What if 20 American Greenpeace Members blow-up a Russian fishing vessel ?-- Should Russia attack us ?

Did ya figure out the difference yet ?
I do wait in joyful hope for your logical and well thought-out answers .

A few days ago I received the rudest, slowest, incompetent service at a McDonalds drive thru window. The employee insulted me on a personal level & practically threw the bag of food into my hands. I retaliated but throwing the sleeve of large fries right back at the drive thru window (unfortunately she closed it fast).

Anyway, the next think you know the police arrive at my house - tell me I must go back and apologize to the worker & sock me with a $200 littering fine.

I really did nothing wrong & plan to fight this littering ticket. I plan to plead not guilty & on my court date prepare a defense for myself claiming I tossed the fries out the window to feed the seagulls that normally wait for scraps in the parking lot.

What are my chances of having the fine dismissed?

They are about to create a Hell on Earth

Just curious! I remember an America that would fight back, even against its own Government if needed.

What happened to our Nation?

When did the power shift from the tax paying voters to the Elite

When did this become a Nation of cowards instead of a Nation of free people backed by the Constitution

not considered a news organization. i know oreilly and hannity are not but they are commentary people not news casters. but glenn beck and lou dobbs are also. when you get to the actual news reports like shepard smith and such, why are they not legitimate. cnn could be described as the same, could the not? just curious because i do not consider headline news and oreilly the same type of program. one commentates and one reports.

I will vote for Hillary. I love this woman. I would be proud to have her as president. It has been long overdue that America has a president that we won't be embarrassed about.

I get the impression that some people here look at the "War on Terror" as some kind of joke, or scare tactic. So are they looking for a candidate to remove all troops from the Middle East? Should we focus all energy on OBL? Do we wait until we get hit again before we do anything??
Please help!!!

I've applied to become a police dispatcher. I just took the CA state test and feel that I'd have no problem learning and dealing with job related stress. (I know, I shouldn't count my eggs yet when I haven't even gotten back my test results)

Although, the only real thing that concerns me is whether or not I'll ever really have that "free" time on my days off. Whether or not I'll see my bf again (we live 100 miles apart). Also, what's the chances of being called into work on my day off?

The 9th Circuit Court decided to remove a cross from a World War I veterans memorial in California’s Mojave Desert. In 2004 Congress passed legislation that would transfer an acre of the Mojave Desert Memorial (the part that the cross sits on) to private ownership in exchange for five acres. This was to remove it from federal jurisdiction. The circuit court then said that the federal government couldn’t exchange federal lands for private lands in order to maintain the cross. This cross has been the center of the Mojave Desert Veterans Memorial for three quarters of a century.

What do you think of all this?

I have an idea for a computer program/system that achieves very specific ends. I've searched for the last year for an existing program to use with no luck. It occurs to me, as I'm thinking of investing in a bespoke program, whether I should patent the idea.

I read on ipo.gov.uk/patent that it's important not to have told anyone about a patent you are about to file.

During searching and developing the idea, I've emailed a few people on the internet to see if they can help (With no replies, obviously too busy for little me). I've also talked to 2 developers in varying detail about the idea.

How might my prior communications affect a patent request or enforcement thereof?

One of the developers and people I've emailed are in business indirectly related to my idea but one is BLATANTLY in the same game, maybe even competition.

Not sure how to procede as I've basically given the idea to a potential competitor before the date the patent would be filed.

Any help from Pro's/experienced?

If so- what gives them this right?

Further- can other countries possess this same right to do the same to the US mainland?

Pls explain to me this seemingly bizarre American mentality.

If you take from me to give to someone else, it is theft. There is no other explanation and it is NOT freedom.

Statistics prove that conservatives give more time and money to charity (church donations primarily) than “progressives”.

Progressives claim to care about the poor but, don’t give as much as those who are opposed to government mandated charity.

I'd wager, if given the chance, the Clinton's could again balance the budget AND afford health care to Americans in need. A republican Congress and Presidency ran up the federal budget deficit like drunken sailors on a holiday with credit cards, woohoo, and then, Republican broadcasters influence the flock saying "big government is bad, democrats are socialist and on and on and on". Does this seem like some kind of dreadful hypocrisy to you?

I think I am gay and the only way to run from the fact is to get a job which keeps me away from the phobics. I am in University studying commerce and also studying for certified public accountant of Kenya. I have tried weird jobs like asking about joining the intelligence service(something I am good at from childhood brainwise) I am however shortsighted(not feet for other forces). In Kenya being gay is hard and so I think I may have to shift to another country. If only I could get a sponsor to take me abroad(we are a poor family). I tried to commit suicide while in high school but thought it would end after school(I was once about to be lynched). The same people are in University, I am now planning suicide after everything fails. I once went to a psychologist cause of depression after school(I do not think he realized) I had failed terribly and had to repeat(no one knows why I failed)
