if someone makes an unproven accusation for which they have no evidence...but subsequently the accusation is proved correct, what does the law say? If the accuser genuinely had no evidence and was basing their claims on conjecture, even if they are vindicated eventually, could they still be had up?

I mean just who elected him God. They might not have gotten him for murder, but this will do as long as he's gone for good. I bet he thought if I can get by with murder this should be a piece of cake. One I hope he chokes on.

Should Presidential Elections Be Held Every Two Years?
It seems to me that four years is a very long time to wait to undo bad choice of a President. Most Presidents are active during the first two years anyway, and most people know by then what initiatives would come to fruition and which ones won't. Unlike parliamentary democracies where there can be a vote of no-confidence, the bar is set so high for impeachment in the US that's it's almost impossible to meet it in today's environment.

Please DON'T respond by saying, that's what the Constitution says. I am looking for a different answer.

...they will speak in glowing terms. Does this say something about the Democrats today? Especially when you consider that Clinton was impeached, disbarred, and disgraced before the entire world.

For a short while, I was placing some Real Estate signs near properties that were for sale, but I quit that job because the large boards were scratching my car.

The realitor that owned the sign boards told me she would be picking them up back in July, but she never showed up nor called. Then, about a week ago I figured I could sell them or toss them in the garbage because they were taking up too much space on my apartment deck, so I ended up painting them and sold them, about 20 total.

Yesterday that lady who I worked for emailed me and said she wants her signs back and was going to come out to pick them up. I haven't heard from her in over 2 months. I told her I dont have them anymore.

Can she sue me?

When successful and powerful republicans like Warren Buffet and Alan Greenspan speak out against the policies of the Bush admininistration, there are still "patriots" who refuse to admit they are wrong.

Isn't it primitive to believe that loyalty to the tribe is more important than doing the right thing?

Rumor has it she's going to model it on Massachusetts which forces all uninsured people to purchase a health care policy. It's not optional. You aren't given a choice. You buy a policy or they take your money and buy it for you. Low income people will get a subsidy.

1. Will this cause businesses that now cover their employees to drop coverage and let employees fend for themselves?

2. Will illegal aliens be forced into purchasing their own health care coverage and, if so, is it really the job of the US taxpayer to subsidies low income illegal aliens to help them pay?

As Edwards talks about two Americas, now Hillary talks about the "scales of justice are seriously out of balance" for black Americans.
""We have to believe justice is blind in America," she said.

Is this what the democratic party wants to run on? More divisiveness, division and fear mongering???

First, Greenspan took interest rates to near historic lows. Millions of marginally qualified people flooded into the home market and purchased property using mortgages with insane terms and conditions. Millions of others got into the market buying up property with the hope of "flipping" it 6 to 12 months down the line for a 30% profit.

Greenspan said he knew about all this speculation and the danger from sub-prime loans.

Then, ever vigilant for non-existent inflation, Greenspan and the Federal Reserve raised interest rates 19 times forcing millions of homes into foreclosure.
