It should be First Gentleman, because the wifes are called First Ladies.

I read somewhere that his official title would be Mr. President. He will always have that title.
Thankfully we won't ever have to worry about another Clinton in the White House.

Well, technically, he should get the title of "First Man", but as it neva happened in any page of history, so it is certainly not possible to hav the husband of a female president called by that title. If he will hav any, he will be called Mr.President b'coz some presidents hav carried this title their whole lives!

His title would be Mr. President. Former Presidents are allowed to keep the title for life.

I think Mr President would be appropriate, but sometimes confusing.
Mr President has been the honorific throughout US history, to describe former Presidents.

No, because he will have no time to entertain, he will be too busy chasing after the white house interns, just like before. It will be a reprise of the 8 years while he was in. Hillery will run the country, and he will run after the skirts.
