With so much information and news out now, we should all be more aware of the wars/ rumors of war. But let's think a minute: We were lied to about why we went to war, let alone the fact that there was not, according to the our Constitution, an official DECLARATION of WAR. Think, Congress did not declare war, Bush did; but Congress let him move forward. Now ask yourself why? (9/11) was a kickoff to the rumor of war.
The news we get on our basic TV stations is "news reporting" not real news. Want real news? Some of my sources: Mosiac.com, LinkTV.com as well as link TV on satellite, and Presstv.com

I am a commission salesman who receives a small Salary of $200 a week. My office says we now have to punch a time card because of the labor law is on the dealerships back. I find it offensive that Management does NOT have to punch a time card, they too have a salary plus commission. Is this just a plain ole LIE so they can keep tabs on whether we are late or not? Is this discrimination that Management does not have to punch in and out and we do? I am wondering because it seems to me like the salesmen are being picked on. Anyone???>

So many of us do not like how our country has been and continues to ber run by the government. We complain, but no outward action is taken by us as a group of concerned Americans. Express your ideas, concerns, government opinions.

I mean extremely long tours of duty, extremely short tours at home, extremely harzardous and dangerous work policing a civil war, cutting their Va benefits, sending them into battle without proper training armor and supplies, keeping them fighting perpetually (to make the coward troop haters feel safe back home whilebeing chicken hawks), willing to lie, spin, cheat, smear, even plan on leaving the soldiers in the battle field to smear war opponents and make them look bad.....with no supplies or bulltets if the congress defunds the war (instead of bringing them home safely as any sane person would). The way these bozos support our troops, if they ever say they support you...run as far away as you can.

“I think Democrats understand that when we can join forces and work together, it’s very powerful,” said Eli Pariser, executive director of MoveOn Political Action. “And then when we can’t, it’s not fun.”

I was charged with civil contempt and the judge stated I could have an attorney appointed to me. I went to the public defender and without ever asking me about the charges, stated there is a conflict of interest, they cant represent me and cant tell me what the conflict is.

Brief recap of my situation:
I live in Indiana. My neighbor's kid did $2,000 worth of damage to my car (major paint damage). No witnesses, but strong circumstantial evidence he did it.

I filed a police report and the stepfather admitted his kid did it in the report. I decided to let him off with making payments towards my deductible + my expenses (rental car, etc).

He's paid me $200 so far. Last night, when he was due to pay me more, he put a note on my door saying that he wouldn't pay more because he supposedly talked to a lawyer who told him not to pay if there was no proof that the kid did it.

In addition to on the police report, he has told me on two separate occasions that he had "no doubt" that the kid was responsible for at least the most severe (i.e costly) damage.

So, if I do file, will the fact that he admitted fault on the police report make my chances of winning very good?

Murder is against the law. But murderers don't pay attention to that law, and comit murder anyways. What makes you think that they would abide by any gun control laws?

gun control measures as recommended by the city? Or do we fall back onto that old chestnut about the constitution allowing guns so that we can keep killing each other?

It seems that most people are under the impression that you can keep peace without fighting. When you are dealing with people who are willing to reason, then you can work out a peaceful resolution. Most people have no concept of what life was like in Afghanistan before the Taliban was confronted and pushed out of many areas. It was a tyranical situation of those in power abusing whoever for whatever reason with no accountability to anyone. The bully ruled the roost. These were not reasonable people. The minority ruled through fear and provocation for their own benefit or their own percieved benefit. To rebuild this nation means protecting those cowed into fear from those who would re-establish that authoritarian hierarchy. We have the freedom to attend schools and to question our leaders. Why would we deny that right to others so that evil men can rule them?

What the heck is the matter with Mr. Streisand, (James Brolin)? Is this the Liberal mentality? I thought we happily celebrated birth, marriage and wonderful things. What is wrong with this picture?
