The thing about politics in the states and other countries is its almost like a religion and people believe in their party and follow it blindly sometimes. Their bible is their media of choice and whatever they hear else where is just false propaganda.

APPARENTLY THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE DID EXACTLY THAT.

After all...look who his opponents were. Al (the sky is falling)Gore??? and then John ( traitor ) Kerry!

Twenty years from now when Iraq is stable and democratic, Syria is a trading partner with the EU and Iran is building a pipeline for oil to Israel....the world will have a different opinion of George W.

The real dilemma is, although I have been disappointed in Bush's 2nd term, if I could go back in time I would still vote for him because the alternative is STILL worse.

Yes but most of them have ties to the defense industry or the oil industry. Most of his votes came from very gullible people that shake like a leaf on a tree when the wind blows real hard.

I did. I have to admit it. I didnt like John Kerry. And at the time I hated Al gore. Ofcourse now I like Gore but I still hate Kerry.

I didn't get hooked up on the net until November 1999. I voted for Ralph Nader.
Farenheit 9/11 further made me suspicious of amBush ... and I voted for Ralph Nader again in the '04 election.

I am not one of the brainless sheeple. I guess that makes me dangerous.
