Does it ever make you mad when you are driving down the road in your cop car, and everyone goes the speed limit simple because you are there. Do you ever wish they would just speed up a little?

Yesterday I was pulled over and told that I was driving 47mph in a 30 zone. I was simply following traffic and it was on my way home from work, same route as always, but there was a speed trap set up. I know this because I was literally waved into a parking lot with 10 other cars already parked and being processed. I didn't look closely at the ticket until today but then I saw this: For "make" it is listed as "CHEV" when my car is actually a Ford and "Style" is listed as "4T" whatever that is, I actually drive a Taurus. So, all other info is correct, but I most definitely am driving a Ford Taurus and not a Chevy 4T, again, whatever that is. I would fight the ticket in court if I thought this was a big enough mistake to help me out of the ticket. But, it's not worth it if I'm going to lose because due to being pulled over in FL while my license is Alabama, I have the ability to pay the fine ($200) and have this ticket not show up on my record, according to the officer. What to do?

I have read a lot of complaints about Yahoo censoring some people here. Complaints being filed, etc. Should US business be bound by the first amendment? Should an employee be able to run around and tell everyone that the boss is a jerk? Or every time they get work they say, boss I wish you would die. I hate you. And that the boss could not fire them?
We the people have told the Government that it cannot stop us from saying what we like. But baby, if you join the CIA, oh boy is what you can say going to be restricted.
I am only sorry I did not find this place long ago. It is great. So, I watch my language a bit. (I tend to swear a lot) and that is not a big restriction on me. Watch the name calling and have fun.

Liberalism is the same thing as socialism, just a slightly different wrapper. Liberals love income redistribution in the form of high confiscatory taxes. Liberals have no sense of humor. Liberals have no God except the state. Liberals support killing the unborn. Liberals do not believe in personal responsibility. Liberals are so afraid to offend the fringe groups that they offend the majority. Liberalism is anti-traditional family. Liberalism supports and promotes the homosexual agenda. Liberals are racist. Liberalism is a moral cesspool. Liberals believe that minorities just can't make it on their own. Liberals believe in free speech, but just for them. And certainly not on college campuses. Liberals do not believe that America is good. Liberals hate America. Liberals hate all religion except Islam. But they will hate Islam to in a few years. Liberals actually hate working class people. Liberals hate society. Even Islamic terrorists don't hate America like liberals do. Liberals will destroy anyone who stands in their way. All that matters to them is power. Liberals can't just come out and say they want to take more of our money, kill babies, and discriminate on the basis of race. Liberals seek to destroy sexual differentiation in order to destroy morality. The whole point of being a liberal: to feel superior to people with less money. Liberals are crazy."

Brussels bureaucrats dictate & our parliaments rubber stamp everything eminating from that august body, we are indeed like a colony of older days, where instructions used to come from the home country parliament by people who did not even know the conditions in the colony, witness the UK & Ireland have been allowed to keep their pounds / inches etc, how kind of the brussels masters, anyhow this all being the case is there any reason why the UK should still support hordes of MP,s , royalty & all the trappings of the UK system, as they are only rubber stamers for some has been useless brussels very costly politicians

he hasn't paid a single cent. Right now, my mom said he owes up over $80,000 for the last 18 or so years. The problem is that he moved away and the Florida child support place can't find him to make him pay. The government can find him to send him social security checks, I can find his address online by typing his name in at any people finder website, but for some reason, they cant find him. My family could really use some extra money right now. What should I do.

Ok, I posted a question about where to find any Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran memorabilia for my husbands birthday who is veteran of this war and is still military. I just wanted to know what fellow supporters thought of this sad response to my question, it's from ndgbill

TYPICAL AMERICAN OBLIVIOUS TO THE SUFFERING OF OTHERS THAT THE US ITSELF HAS CAUSED.

GOD BLESS THE OVER 400,000 INNOCENT IRAQI CIVILIANS THAT HAVE BEEN SLAUGHTERED AS A RESULT OF THE US WAR ATROCITY IN IRAQ ESPECIALLY THAT IRAQI WOMAN CAUGHT ON CAMERA SWEEPING UP THE BODY PARTS OF HER 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR BURIAL.

THESE 400,000 INNOCENT CHILDREN OF GOD WOULD BE ALIVE TODAY IF THE US HAD NOT CHOSEN TO PERSUE IT'S LIE BASED ILLEGAL WAR.

I realize to people like you these people are not even human but only COLATERAL DAMAGE AS THE US MILITARY AND THE US GOVERNMENT REFER TO THEM,but to the rest of us THEY ARE HUMAN AND THEIR SLAUGHTER DEMANDS RECOGNITION !!!

AND YOU LOT CALL YOURSELVES CHRISTIANS .

Since a few years medical standards have been fallen to the depths. Hospitals want to treat you if you have Insurance, companies provide emplyees with medical insurance to protect them as they are valuable, but doctors think the insured money belongs to them.

A. Medical companies sell at gross profits - give doctors parties, travel tours apart from other trimmings et al

B. Labs, scanning ccentres pay doctors upto 40% to refer patients even if not needed (why else do doctors give discounts, its from their commissions)

C. Operations are done even if not needed

D. Wrong prescriptions given at time of discharge, so patients return and doctros can further rip off the Insurance which belongs to them!!!

People raise your voice, write in to governments, it's for our own benefit. I would even ask those who think nothing will come out of it, to email or write in to your governments, whichever country you are in. A mass appeal will have to be looked into.

Let's do this guys. Dennis Kucinich's appearance in Syria is treason. Does anyone know the legal procedures to begin trying him? Do we need to get some organization to hire a lawyer, can we personally hire some sort of lawyer, etc? If so, what type?

Or...do we have to do the "call your congressman" crap? Cause if so, that basically means "forget it."

This myth that most Americans are for the war is now squashed. Even after all the polls from all the networks (of course Fox had the highest percentage of Americans for the war) some in this country still cant believe this fact. Well here it is. Can we all admit this or is there still some stubborn ones out there? You say you know we should be there. How the hell can you defend this war when you have no idea what the real gameplan is or was. Iraq should of been given the chance to resist the surge of true terrorists that were not even really in Iraq before we invaded, we invaded for WMDs that probably never existed. What kind of backwards as* president do we got? I mean hes either stupid or corrupt, pick one! He lands a plane onto a carrier(if he was even flying) trying to look like a rockstar and then announces victory, what a fricking scam that was. Im Independent yet Im voting for Ron Paul, no matter what party he runs under. The republicans and democrates, - Ron, can go to hell.

The US government spent about 400 billion dollars of borrowed money for the war in Iraq. This is our (future) tax money because we will have to pay back the borrowed money. Even a Republican president will have to raise taxes to pay back 400 billion. Wouldn't it be better to issue government bonds to pay for the war? This way it could be financed by those who feel like paying for it (later the government would pay back those bonds with interest).

As the 2nd richest man in the world... you'd think he would know... wouldn't you?

"Speaking at a $4,600-a-seat fundraiser in New York for Democrat Senator Hillary Clinton, Mr Buffett, who is worth an estimated $52 billion, told the wealthy audience: “The 400 of us [here] pay a lower part of our income in taxes than our receptionists do, or our cleaning ladies for that matter."

"If you’re in the luckiest 1 per cent of humanity, you owe it to the rest of humanity to think about the other 99 per cent."

Osama and Al Quida were the biggest threats to American national security, Bush continued to think Saddam was.
9/11 occured, caused by Al Quida and most likely funded by Osama, and Bush still thinks that Saddam is the biggest threat.
What more has to happen to make Bush and his supporters see that Al Quida is the biggest threat, and go after the root of the entire problem? Or is Bush just taking the scenic route, through Iraq?
