...unbiased, straight information about what each of the Presidential candidates stands for? I don't want a propaganda website or a newssite that interprets someone's stance; I want something that will show me how they feel on the different, important views of our society today. How else can you make an informed decision?

Yesterday Nancy Pelosi asked Gen. Petraus if his plan was ultimately to keep us in Iraq for 10 years.

Given that anywhere from 2,500 to 7,500 Iraqis are killed each month, most of them innocent civilians, and about 60 to 100 American soldiers are killed each month, 10 more years there would mean, CONSERVATIVELY, about 9,000 more dead American soldiers, probably anther 18,000 to 24,000 Americans wounded, and CONSERVATIVELY, another 420,000 Iraqi CIVILIANS killed in 10 years.

So, are you OK with all these dead innocents and all these dead soldiers? And what does that say about you?

And, what do you think Iraq will be like in 10 years if we stay that long?

I'm asking this in response to some aging hippie atheist man glorifying his "imagine" song.

I mean, it's easier to be delusional when your whole life is rock concerts and pot, right?

Yahoo deleted my question. It was NOT offensive in any way, I just wanted to know the process in which I can get a SSN for my newborn. Is Yahoo all idiots? Do they have some guy just sitting there deleting random questions? What gives?

i am currently residing in a U.S. state where the legal age limit is 21. I have been to a lot of parties, and i have seen so many kids that are on a complete mission to destroy brain cells, because they know that they can't get this drug that often, and mostly on the weekends, and then they make some insanely ignorant decisions like to drive 20 miles home. Wasted. Do you think that if the age limit was lowered they wouldn't have so much of a pressure to consume this much at once?

I don't know if Whoopi is trying to get ratings or if she or the show decided the Whoopi would cut Elizabeth off whenever she brought up politics but I think this was real rude of Whoopi today on the view. Elizabeth is entitled to her opinion by the 1st amendment. A know that Elizabeth is long-winded, but she is entitled to her opinion. After all, she appears to be the only Conservative on the show, so I think they should balance it out by letting her speak her peace.

And this is coming from a "Red-Dog" Democrat

My child is almost 4mth old. I was about to go back to work when he 6wks. He was in ICU after he was born. The doc. recommended for me to wait. Since he is doing much better. The doc. told me he will be fine & I can go back to work. The problem is his father. He not a man of his word. I did my best to work out a schedule with him so we both can take turn to watch the child. When I had feel he didn't want to do this. I told him I will have 1 of my friends to watch him. He told me &my friend will be under the ground. He said this morning at my place. I am thinking about not letting him come over again except to pick/drop the baby off. When he gets off of work he takes the baby to his place. I have to work also to pay my bills also. He isn’t willing to meet me half way. I don't have any family in the area. I feel like I have no other choice but to have a friend watch him. His dad say he don't want nobody to watch him. If I do get someone he might cause harm to me or them.

In Greenland, an interfaith rally for climate change

Surrounded by icebergs, Sunni, Shiite, Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish, Christian, and Shinto leaders committed themselves last Friday to leave the planet "in all its wisdom and beauty to the generations to come." They included the Grand Rabbi of Paris, René-Samuel Sirat, Bishop Sofie Petersen of Greenland, Cardinal Theodore McCarrick of Washington, and the Rev. I have an ex-employee trying to get rehired. He worked for us when I was not in the hiring position. However, he filled out our new application and said that he had not been convicted of any felonies. When I explained to him the background check over the phone, he came clean saying that he had been convicted. His answer on the phone is contradicting his answer on the application. Any thoughts on what could happen if I do hire him without having him fill out a new application?

My brother, 24, is in the USCG. His wife of about one year, 19, is living with him and their three month old son in Missouri.

My brother was on the boat for a week, but got home a day early. Make a long story short, he caught his wife cheating with another man.

My concern is that the wife has always exhibited erratic behavior and we have reason to believe she is bipolar. I fear for the baby's safety because she may do something to the baby if she feels she's lost her life and marriage.

What can my brother do. This all happened yesterday. He's staying with a friend and she's is out of the house, probably staying with this other man.

Thanks.

For the last year and 1/2 the U.S. Government has been establishing draft boards all over the country and they have been testing these draft boards to see that they work properly.

They are all ready for something.

Gee - I wonder what it is...
