I don't know if Whoopi is trying to get ratings or if she or the show decided the Whoopi would cut Elizabeth off whenever she brought up politics but I think this was real rude of Whoopi today on the view. Elizabeth is entitled to her opinion by the 1st amendment. A know that Elizabeth is long-winded, but she is entitled to her opinion. After all, she appears to be the only Conservative on the show, so I think they should balance it out by letting her speak her peace.

And this is coming from a "Red-Dog" Democrat

I haven't watched the veiw since rosie left, but I do think elizebeth is a bit winded, beating around the bush too much instead of just saying what she wants to say.

But by her comments she sounds more like a parrot than someone who really does any research or asks questions. What she repeats is what is always said in the newsmedia. she doesn't seem to have thought out any of her views.

But that is her right.

RRRR

Well I didn't watch the show so I can't say whether I think Whoopy was being rude or not .
I do know from past shows I have watched that Elizabeth always seems to find a reason to put her conservative views out there and does go on and on making no sense at all.
I never liked it then and don't like it now so I chose not to watch the show .
Yes she has a right to her opinion but when her opinion is so far from the truth especially about why we are in Iraq and the last I saw the show she was still using 9/11 as the reason and believes Iraq was from the start linked to Al Quida .
I'm sorry but if you are going to talk propaganda then you should be cut off and no I don't think its rude I think its wise to stop propaganda whenever you can.

Elizabeth is no longer the only conservative. Sherri Shepard is a Fundamentalist Christian who does not believe in evolution. She likes Mike Huckabee.

Your right. It's so unfair that conservatives are constantly being told to keep their opinions to themselves, that they are haters, and intolerant but as soon as they open their mouths to voice their opinions they are getting slammed right and left. Whose the real intolerant, closed minded, haters in that case?

I would imagine that Whoopi was trying to help Elizabeth by stopping her before she said something stupid.
