In Greenland, an interfaith rally for climate change

Surrounded by icebergs, Sunni, Shiite, Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish, Christian, and Shinto leaders committed themselves last Friday to leave the planet "in all its wisdom and beauty to the generations to come." They included the Grand Rabbi of Paris, René-Samuel Sirat, Bishop Sofie Petersen of Greenland, Cardinal Theodore McCarrick of Washington, and the Rev. Jim Ball, founder of the Evangelical Environmental Network.

So a bunch of clerics from religions that have been established to control and suppress humanity have now jumped on board with the global warming religion which is a tool to control and suppress humanity.

I am happy to hear that the church leaders are finally admitting that Scientists do have some sense.

Global Warming is a real threat. This administration has ignored that threat, ridiculed it, and spoken of it contemptuously. The Conservatives send hateful, sneering e-mails out even now, ridiculing Al Gore and hooting at the idea of Global Warming. The Bush Administration blacks out any mention of Global Warming in Environmental reports.

So, if the church leaders are finally coming around to facing the truth, it is certainly good news. But my question is, why so late? Scientists have been warning of this for several years.

In the Arctic, the area beneath the ice has great clumps...mountains, even...of dung. This has come from centuries of animals roaming the area. Now, as the ice melts, this dung is releasing its methane into the air...and speeding the continual process of warming.

The polar bear is endangered and may soon be extinct, except for the ones held in zoos. Many other animals, both on land and on sea, are threatened. Mankind itself could suffer from this, with the rise in ocean levels and climactic changes. And it is taking its effect on our sources of food in the oceans and on land.

To ignore Global Warming and fail to recognize and possibly remedy its effects is just another example of the George Bush stupidity, carried to a criminal level. Nero fiddled, while Rome burned. George Bush will bomb, while the world sinks.

man made international warming isn't actual. It has to do with the Earth's organic cycles. the reason it incredibly is warm perfect now's by way of fact there's a black hollow interior the Earth's magnetic field. In previous due 2012, we'd even see a extensive image voltaic flare and sh*t would hit the fan. Jesse Ventura coated this on his teach, "Conspiracy Theories." the difficulty is that no-one is doing something approximately it.

"It's not man made,it's not man made"Just WHERE were all the hummers when the Earth warmed much more drastically than the direst forecasts for today?Where were the hummers 7,000 years ago?Who drove the hummers on Venus when it's greenhouse effect went apeshyt?Stick your fingers in your proud little ears and say,"We are doing it,we are doing it(although "IT"has happened countless times in Earths history without man being around.Don't let that wee fact get in the way of your godlike assertion that somehow, man is responsible for an effect that occurred before the dawn of man)Global warming has ALWAYS,each and every time, been a good thing for civilization. You people have no clue. You buy into Al Bore like he was Jesus Christ or something, and ."The sky is falling!"no it's not, chickenlittles. The temperature is slightly rising,as it has done thousands of times before, after that,it will get cold, eventually, most of N.America will be under ice,as it has so many times before.Have you "global warming scream loud to make up for know littles"working on your grand kids warped reason to blame the ice age that follows this warming trend on mankind yet?How utterly arrogant, and intellectually bankrupt.Global Warming...it happens.

For all the "Global Warming" nuts... who have turned it into a religion... I have only one question:
Why is Global Warming occuring on Mars and Venus if it's caused by CO2 here from our SUVs?
Inconvenient truth there.

Until you can explain that... and the only real explanation isn't going to support Al Gore's bogus 'Carbon Offsets' scam... you have no place preaching to anyone about warming.

It's just one group of religious "nuts" joining up with another group of "the sky is falling" nut jobs. Why can't everyone see what the liberals are already up to: There's a LOT of money to be made off of this whole Global Warming thing. All of the "Chicken Little's" who buy into their garbage are SUCKERS!!!

Sheeesh . . . . we earthlings take ourselves soooooo seriously.

Mars, you know . . . like, where the martians live. They're undergoing global warming as well. Look it up.

Global warming has become a political, rather than enviromental issue.

My bio-dad told me he wished Al Gore would run on this issue, saying, "He has his head in the right place."

I no longer speak to bio-dad.

Well Jim, just stand by here while all the Kool Aid drinkers put their fingers in their ears and go LALALALALA while you try to present some scientific evidence.

The human race's capacity for self-delusion is bottomless and eternal.

Remember, some 30% of Americans talk to the dead and 40% don't even believe in evolution, despite their visceral tailbones and nipples on men and many other now functionless bits and pieces on and in their bodies.

I don't really think anything short of a tidal wave sweeping away their trailer parks will alert them to the dangers of global warming.

To be fair, the causes of the current global warming are not totally understood and the proportion of natural to man-made causes has not been conclusively established.

So any person here bringing up that objection will get no argument from me.

I watched this. Is was great to see The Religions together for a common cause. Could this be a beginning of religious healing among the factions? I am not one that participates in organized religion. But I watch them to see what they are up to. This was one of the better moves.
