Alright, now I know that George W. Bush isn't the best president this country's seen. But my teacher has comical pictures of Bush on his wall. Distorted faced pictures of Bush, Bush riding an atomic bomb, a picture of the United States flag upside down with the word "Politics" under it.

Ohkay, so what if he doesn't like Bush or the politics in America, but here's the thing I'm wondering about. How come he has a large, undistorted picture of Osama bin Laden on his wall too? It seems like he dislikes the West and favors al-Qaeda and bin Laden.

I don't know, is this "right"? freedom of speech

Ok guys I want to ask for your advice regarding an incident which happened yesterday.
Yesterday, I was in the meeting with bunch of people that I didn’t know. Then the department chair asked every body to introduce his/her self. I woke up and introduced my self (but forgot to say my last name) immediately the chair pretending that he is frustrated said “come on this guy does not bite” and asked me for my last name. He himself was the only person who was laughing to his joke and nobody else found it funny. I felt like I was humiliated in front of people I didn’t know. I wanted to go and talk to him about what he did but first wanted to ask you guys what you would do if you were in my situation?
Is what he said considered an assault or is it just a joke?

I ship out on October, and I'm going to talk to my recruiter to see if I can possiby ship out for next year.

I really want to join the navy, however, they dont give me the job that they promised, My question is, is it possible to move out and request for the job i want before i go to bootcamp ?

The 3 Duke lacrosse players who were pronounced "innocent" in the end by the state's attorney general may end up getting $30 million from the city of Durham, NC, in a settlement.

What happened to their reputation is sad.

But, in an odd sense, are they "lucky" that Top Democrat Sharpton fed the fire to smear the reputations of these men who turned out to be innocent? They may end up with more money than most people will ever see.

I'm a college freshman, and I've heard all the news recently about young women being raped, kidnapped, attacked, etc. I have a job, and I'm worried about walking to my car alone after work and in the parking lot of stores, etc, as well as an campus dangers. A safety course isn't an option for me, any other advice on keeping myself safe?

i thought that a decommissioned ship would be an excellent real estate opportunity. an aircraft carrier or an oil tanker would be ideal because the top deck could be covered in solar panels, and there would be plenty of space inside for a hydroponic garden or a small cattle farm. any suggestions?

I worked in the same store 3 times first was seasonal, came back and quit, then came back for 3 months and was fired, I think. Well I knew I was going to get fired because I was suspended from work so I put in that I quit then they told me I was fired. I was suppose to come back for my last check and dismissal paper I got my check but they couldn't find the paper and I haven't recieved it to this day. Any advice?

I asked a question earlier about them converting now since OBL told them they should, and some had to say something about religion.

Radical islam is not a religion, it is a political belief system, their goal is global domination and the conversion or slaughter of infidels.

So they have a choice really, join and maybe save their heads, or fight.
