When a woman forces herself on a man and the man refuses, he's considered gay and the justice system does nothing about it. But when a man forces himself on a woman, it's considered rape. Why the double standard?

John Kerry says our soldiers are sneaking into houses in the middle of the night and terrorizing civilians.
Obama says they're randomly bombing civilians.
-
These men supposedly represent our government and its' system of laws. Whatever happened to due process?
-
Our boys sweat and they bleed. They crawl in the dirt and run with 100 pounds of stuff when it's 130 degrees, without question, simply because it's their duty and someone told them too. If senior members of our government are going to say these heros commit war crimes, BY GOD they better be able to prove it in a court of law!!
-
Where is the due process for our soldiers? Every scumbag terrorists in the world has to have his day in court according to democrats, but they attempt to convict our greatest young men in the court of public opinion without presenting a shred of evidence. Where's the outrage and justice for the baseless slander of our soldiers?

Need this for a report on modern slavery(essentially sexual slavery) and while I found lots of material about black market sex slaves, I can't find anything about where it is legal. Is that because most nations are trying to hide this knowledge?

ok 1st off what if it were a
WW1-german soldier
WW2-german, or japanese
Korean war-North korean soldier
Vietnam- if it was a vietcong-or a NVA soldier
Iraq both times - an Iraqi soldier
Afganistanian-Talaban, or Al-Quita/terroist

well as for me, i wouldnt shoot any of them if they surrender since thats a war crime,- and morally wrong.
i would probably beat the hell out of an talaban or Al-Quita terroist, but i dont think i would kill em if he surrendered.

but what would you do?

I know it's illegal to share music, but what if you are sharing with family, like, you give for example, a parent owns a CD but allows their child to rip the music to his/her computer? That sounds pretty legal to me, they are family and live together. But if that is legal, how about sharing music with family you don't live with? Like, what if a cousin had legal music that he/she purchased from CDs, and then let you rip on your computer? Would that be illegal, or legal because it is family?
I'd like some good info with hopefully good links if possible. Thanks for all answers and help.

ation. I'm confused, Vitter (married) paid for a prostitute, Craig (married) hit on men in restrooms. Vitter confessed, Craig is in denial. Oh my Republican party, why do you confuse me so?

I am a Catholic and understand completely how the people deserve the church's trust, especially when it comes to confession time. But in such instances like the OJ Simpson trial, where Simpson had apparently confessed to a minister about the murder but it couldn't be used as evidence due to the "secrecy" behind it all, I think that it doesn't matter who the hell the suspect tells because all of society would benefit from having these criminals off the street. I would think even a priest would have the logic to tell the police about a confession, because it would simply be the right thing to do..even if it IS against church regulations.
What do you think about this?

They were of all ages and ranks, and were loathed by the occupied peoples. Since the Reich was defeated, it is unlikely they just hitchhiked home. I would think that there would have been massive reprisals against most of them all through out Europe, but have never read anything about it.

What happened to them?
