I am an isolationist and don't really care for the UN. I think it is a dysfunctional and irrelevant organization. So why does the US care about UN resolutions? If the UN had problems with Saddam, why didn't they take care of it themselves? If UN resolutions was a sufficient justification for the war, why did basically the entire world except for Great Britain abondon us?

My point is, if the UN makes resolutions, then dammit the UN needs to enforce them. I don't like to see US soldiers die to enforce UN resolutions. Nor do I like to see my rather hefty tax bill paying for such actions.

It's not being covered in the press, of course. If we're losing, why doesn't al Sadr tell his people to finish us off? Or does he just want to wait until after the elections, when he has a demonrat president to face, like "tough on terrorism" Mrs. Bill "i didn't have sex with that woman" Clinton, or "I use to be muslim, but not anymore" Osama Obama?

What do you say liberals and demonrats? You claim we're losing, how badly are we losing?

No other nation, except Israel , has more history and prophecy associated
With it than Iraq

And also, This is something to think about:Since America is typically represented by an eagle.

Saddam should have read up on his Muslim passages ...

The following verse is from the Koran, (the Islamic Bible)

Koran ( 9:11 ) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah;
And there was peace.
(Note the verse number!) Hmmmmmmm?!

I BETTER NOT HEAR OF ANYONE BREAKING THIS ONE OR SEE IT DELETED.

This is a ribbon for soldiers fighting in Iraq.

Pass it on to everyone and pray.

Something good will happen to you tonight at 11:11 PM.
This is not a joke.

Someone will either call you or will talk to you online and say that they love you.

I mean, after the dust settled we invaded the country that did attack us. But then, we went and invaded another country that had nothing to do with the attacks and half the population of America didn't want that war. Why did we invade a sovreign nation, sure it's leader was a horrible dictator, but there are dictators all over the world. Shouldn't we have just focused on Japan for attacking us on Pearl Harbor and not worried about Hitler in Germany? I mean, isn't the right thing to do?

P.S. There's even talk that Roosevelt knew of the attacks on Pearl Harbor and let them happen or he was completey behind the whole thing.

"the Mayflower Compact was in essence a social contract in which the settlers consented to follow the rules and regulations of the government for the sake of survival. The government, in return, would derive its power from the consent of the governed."
I was researching on the Mayflower Compact and I find that last sentence pretty difficult to understand. So if anyone can please help give me briefly on what that phrase means. I'd appreciate that.

I am not in favor in illegal immigration but I do not support how the illegals are currently being treated.

I just read in the news that a chicken processing plant was raided by INS agents. Some people hid in freezers. What is more upsetting is that these people who go around ranting "Obey the LAW" do not consider that while these illegals are being arrested at work, their small children sit at home for days with nobody to take care of them. I dont' care how politicaly correct these people are, they have lost their sense of humanity by rounding up people with no regards to the devastations it had brought up on the childrens. Have Americans lost their sense of being Americans?

I mean, WHAT THE HELL HAS HE DONE THAT IS SO GREAT? I realize that since his approval rating is 18% it will B hard to get an answer to this question. By the way 18% makes him less popular than:
Bush
Micheal Jackson
Paris Hilton
Lindsay Lohan
Britney Spears
Nichole Richie
Kid Rock
OJ Simpson
Nixon's VP
Nixon
Herbert Hover
Calvin Coolidge
Jimmy Carter
Donald Trump
Pamela Anderson
and less popular among Americans than Joseph Stalin is with Russians

Oh and LOWER even than probably someone hardly anyone can imagine being less popular than KEVIN FEDERLINE! That's right, America thinks our elected VP is worse than Britney's Trailer trash bum back-up dancer ex-husband with 4 kids from 2 different wives.

Please don't respond to this question if u hate him. I only want to know from those who like him, WHY?

Oh, by the way, he IS more popular than Micheal Vick.
