If she had been pushing an anti-gay platform, I would be just as offended as I am about Craig-the-man. It's not the homosexuality that bothers me, but the HYPOCRISY.

All the "questions" on Yahoo Answers about Larry "Wide-Stance" Craig seem to be from neocons. I guess you guys are upset that he let the cat out of the bag?
If a female neocon senator had been complained about for degenerate behavior in the lady's room and then arrested by a cop, then plead guilty and then stood up and proclaimed that she wasn't a lesbian. the reaction would probably be the same.
You degenerates would be protecting her.
The Bible says that the guilty flee when none pursue. That seems to be the case with Craig's supporters.

If a person is soliciting sex in a public restroom regardless of gender or sexual orientation, they deserve a night in the pokey.
They can come on Yahoo and solicit for one night stands in chat just like all the bots.

I actually don't care what consenting adults do in their private lives so it wouldn't matter to me if that senator happened to be a woman or not. The reason he has been getting so much heat for it is that while it appears he is a gay man himself, he's one of those who promotes himself as an enemy of gay people. He was very much against gays serving in the military and same-sex unions. It makes him look very much like a hypocrite.
