What happens if future US enemies don't use or have:?

Air forces, navies or conventional armies, only use booby traps/small arms, only fight in highly populated cities &/or very rugged terrain & not only have no fear of death but actually look fwd to it?

Then you have low intensity conflicts that last a very long time.

Look at Israel and their situation. The only way to defeat it is to re-enact the Spanish inquisition and kill, imprison, convert or exile the enemies who threaten the "State".

Unfortunately, this is the future we all must now face.

Then the USA will have to stop trying to be civilized and exterminate the entire group the enemies come from. THIS WILL GET ME A VIOLATION; however, it is the only logical step to take.
