On a personal level, President Bush has demonstrated time and time again that he is a very caring human being and has always cared about all people. In addition, the blacks and Hispanics in his administration were not figure heads as was so often true in the past. However, as with all politicians, if there is a group of people that by far and large do not vote for him or his party, that group will have little voice in his government outside of individuals that don't follow the trend.

i believe this involves racism (im not talking about the whites or Bush being racist). there shouldnt even be race involved in this. all ethnicities suffer...all humans suffer.
with that said, i have another question: does Kanye care about other people who are not of his ethnicity??? hmmm. should Bush only worry about African-Americans? by the looks of it, thats what Kanye wants.
