We have Westpoint and the Navy academy and the ROTC in high schools, junior colleges and state run universities. Why do we need it in every school in the country? Geesuz, is that all we should be supporting is a war mentality, war economy and a over funded war department? That's just sick and twisted.

If Hillary is really planning on this, she is playing with fire.
In the not to distant past, the Supreme Court heard a case that just might cover this topic.
Some colleges wanted military recruiters banned from their campus.
The Supreme Court ruled that if the college accepted Federal money for their programs, they could not stop recruiters from recruiting on the campus.
It wouldn't take much to go another step and include ROTC programs.

It would help if you actually cited a reference to support your statement, as it really doesn't make a lot of sense.

First, there are very very few college campuses that are specifically aligned liberal or conservative -- most are just open to whoever wants to go there.

Second, there's a difference between not FORCING colleges to accept ROTC programs and not ALLOWING them to accept ROTC programs.

It's a common liberal mindset to allow something that they are unwilling to force -- all about that 'freedom of choice' thing.

Other than that, without a reference, it's difficult to answer.
