you can thank you whole goverment for allowing the attacks to happen.
But why stop there? Thak the american people for living high on the hog while ensuring the starvation of thousands across the world.
Thank the military and CIA for repeatedly intruding on other countries politics, invading and assassinating.
Thank the arms industry that promotes violence around the world.

What does being liberal have to do with this?
Did the liberal movement somehow have the legal authority to evaluate everyone who applied for flight training?
The hijackers were legally in the US and had committed no crimes -- so there was no reason for anyone to stop them -- but even if it was up to someone, you had a Republican president and a Republican controlled Congress in office.
How does that make it the fault of the liberal movement?

I lost my best friend on the 92nd floor of the South Tower and if you will recall it was the Republicans in charge at the time.
It was George Bush who ignored the PDB saying "Bin Laden determined to strike in in US" and detailed out the plans.
