So, Iran has Weapons of Mass Destruction, or so the Government's lapdogs in the media claim. Just like Iraq had Weapons of Mass Destruction (or not). Ahmadeinejad is gonna be another Hitler, just like Saddam was gonna be another Hitler. They'll welcome us with open arms, just like in Iraq.

The leaders of Great Britain (Gordon "Poodle" Brown) and France (Nicholas "The Fascist" Sarkozy) have announced their support for this war of aggression (doesn't it count as an act of state-sponsored terrorism?). Bush intends to attack Iran soon to "prevent" a non-existant nuclear weapons program (source: http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/014918.html ).

We've heard these lies before. Why is the media telling them again and why do they think that the American people are gullible enough to believe them? Why is Bush once again promoting wars that will incite more terrorism and weaken our national defense?

Florida Child killer John Couey was sentenced to death last week for kidnapping, raping and murdering 9 year old Jessica Lunsford.

Couey takes her from her bedroom, holds her prisoner for 3 days, sexually assaults her, promises to take her back home then bounds her, covers her with two garbage bags, digs a deep hole, puts her in it then fills the hole with dirt.

Forensics determines Jessica sufforcated to death slowly but not before she managed to poke two tiny holes in the garbage bags with her little fingers. Jessica was found cluthing a stuffed dolphin her daddy won her at a carnival.

What crime could be more horrific that this?

See many companies on the net that offer back ground checks....are any of them worth the money ?
Have a young female relative who has married a man from Calif. who is showing signs he is an abuser...grabbed her arm hard enough to leave a deep bruise....also has problem with booze and has racked up a couple of DUI`s in 2 states.
BUT ..he just received a Top Secret Clearance on his job !
Is there areas of his life that would not have been deeply delved into before he rec`d this clearance.?..have copy of his resume and DD214 and have heard his story... but something is hinky about this man.....and as there are also children involved in the house hold , our concerns are doubled...she is already into the...he didn`t mean to and said was sorry...Suggestions please ?

Larry Craig (R-ID) hypocritically **opposed** gay rights in Congress, and then proves himself to be gay by getting caught in a public rest room sting in Minneapolis... and pleading GUILTY!

There's *nothing* wrong with being gay -- which is simply a variation of normalcy -- but **everything** wrong with being an elected legislator who is a LYING HYPOCRITE, and in the process taking a stance and voting against personal liberties of millions of people -- for ansolutely NO good reason!

This is another stake in the coffin lid of the Party of Dishonesty and Sleaze, and of the loathsome RRR Cult ("Religious" Radical Right), and its agendas of mindless hate.

I absolutely LOVE to see stories like this, which help lead to the downfall of mindless bigotry and sleazy dishonesty. How about you?

Will the American people punish the Republicans in '08 like in '06 for the Iraqi debacle?

The bottom line is this; until we leave, the Iraqis will use us as a crutch. They have to go through their own blood letting, like every other society has, to find their own level. Isn't this the bottom line?

We are definite worse off with Bush and without Saddam. Saddam was no terrorist. He was not bombing Iraq daily Saddam was not killing our soldiers daily. Are poor soldiers are such FOOLs to stand by Bush.Remember Bush's rants about it will be a short war for WMDs and Cheny's last throes comments? All turned out to be false. 4.5 years now with death everyday beyond what Saddam ever caused, and these long tours for our soldiers who did not volunteer to be treated so badly. Bush has failed this country, out soldiers, and Iraq.

Yahoo is being sued by the World Organization for Human Rights for sharing information about its users with the Chinese government.

The information has led to the arrests of writers and dissidents.

One journalist cited in the case was tracked down and jailed for 10 years for subversion after Yahoo passed on his e-mail and IP address to officials.

Thank God Bush is not as bad as the libs claim, or yahoo would rat them out also.

we(whether dem or rep-top candidates) will continue to state that the battlefield for the war on terror should be in Iraq -the troops wont go anywhere - I do not deny al qaeda is there -but I think by staying there it is probable that shites sunnis - will go against us giving a larger base to terrorist organizations .it seems to me like we are planting seeds to grow future terrorists -the war on terror should not be so hi-profile- it should all be special military ops and intelligence gathering -we should be using our experience on the war on drugs to eliminate these people -the similarities are astounding-think of this analogy china attacks the US -you as a person have never broken a law in your life -they take out the govt -they put in place a govt -people who were in charge start rebelling (I would hope)-your family is accidentally killed during the war -you would want revenge yes or no?would you take up arms for the first time in your life -yes or no?

I was involved in a property settlement back in the 90's.I told the truth. The exwife told 100% lies, but all the judges of the family court believed her and they gave me nothing, from all the years of my efforts.they even scorned me as if I was a criminal.I wonder how many years will go by before maybe I won't hate her.Life is good for me and I moved on but the hate for the ex is still there and also for those judges who never really tried to believe me.
