I have been living in a domestic relationship for about 10 years and we are ready to call it quits. We bought a house together but it is in my name solely. I tried several times to get my partner to put his name on the mortgage but he refused. He also refused to involve himself in any of the bill paying claiming he had enough bookkeeping to do for a business he once owned. It has been several years now since he closed his business and has been working in as a car saleman, hardly makes any money and has contributed very little cash to the running of the house. I pay the mortgage,home insurance, property taxes, gas, electric,water, trash , newspaper, even his cell phone bill. Now because we are no longer in a real couple( in every sense of the word ) he wants me to sell the house and give him " HIS SHARE" !...Is there a way of getting him out without selling the house and spiltting the equity with him?

My daughter is so young my wife hasn't even finished the big talks yet. Along comes this neighbor mental case and starts wooing her. Next thing we know he has visited her in her room - through the first floor window in the middle of the night, on order of four times with offers of sex. She said she stopped him from penetration, although we are thinking of taking her to a doctor to verify. She consented and said he was her "boyfriend".

The boy was adopted after a yr in a Russian orphanage He didn't "work out", and the parents could see something this coming. I think they would be relieved to have him brought under the legal or psychiatric system because he is out of control in many ways. They were surprised at this incident, however. His parents found out about this via his diary, where he recorded he had sex with my daughter.

How can we protect my daughter from this person?
restraining order ?
Did he commit statutory rape by Michigan law?
Any advice for how to help mydaughtr?

I just wanted to say that I am so sick of this war! I have friends and family over there, and its heart breaking! I just lost a friend over there last year and now my brother is being sent out next monday to Iraq! Its heart breaking, and nerve racking! I know what they are doing for our country is great, but I just wish it could all be over! I dont want to think the bad that comes with him going over there, but what else I am suppose to do? I am proud of him, and he knows it and I am spending alot of time with him, because what if I dont see him again? WHY DO WE HAVE TO CONTIUNE ON WITH THIS WAR!!!????!!! WHY WHY WHY????

Think of the U.S. Presidential Election in 2000 where then U.S. Vice President Al Gore won the popular vote and then Texas Governor George W. Bush won the electoral college vote. Bush won the presidency because of the Electoral College. Do you think that indirect presidential elections are meaningless, or an important part of our democracy? What is your opinion? In November 2004 I got arrested for assault and battery. It was my first time getting in trouble. I paid 40 bucks at the police station for bail. I went to court the next day and the judge put me on 6 months probation. 4 months later (while still doing probation) I pumped 30 bucks of gas and took off (Dee Dee Dee!!).. got a citation in the mail. I didn't go to court and as a result I had a warrant until they finally caught me in April 2007. The Judge set bail at 500 bucks. I spent a few hours in county jail and then my mom bailed me out. Went to court a couple of times, the judged order me to pay the 30 bucks to the gas station, and charges were all dismissed including the assault and battery. Why do you think they dismissed all the charges? Was it luck or did I have a good lawyer? By the way I learned from my mistakes.

My elderly mother in law got a letter from her new neighour:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I UNDERSTAND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE FENCE BETWEEN OUR TWO PROPERTIES. AS I HAVE A LARGE DOG AND OBVIOUSLY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STOP HIM STRAYING ONTO YOUR PROPERTY WOULD YOU PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT A FENCE IS ERECTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Poor mum. Her fence blew down a month or so before that curse moved in. The previous occupant promised to fix the fence for her.

Well mum erected the fence at a cost of about eight hundred pounds. Now I am visiting and neighbour is making my blood boil. Her German Shepherd pup (9 months) is barking the whole time anyone steps out of the house. I cannot take my (trained and quiet) Belgian Shepherd for a wee because of the disturbance.

Makes me so angry that this person should bully my mum into erecting a fence just to keep a dog THAT SHE CANNOT CONTROL AND SHOULD NOT OWN under control.

Dog is battering the fence with her jumping. Eventually i>>>

I am sooo bummed out! I do Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy and Herbs. I just opened a new place in Phonex and the guy down the block took it upon him self to allert the police that a massage parlor opened. He never even walked through the doors to see what I do here,,,,, PERVERT!
Im not allowed to use the word massage unless I get a "special user permit" and yet Im liscensed. I don't want my business to be known as a massage parlor so I use the word manipulave medicine,,,,hahahahahaha
