So I'm starting my September 11, 2007 9/11 blog and I'd like if you could help me with your unanswered questions on 9/11. It could be anything from WTC 7 to money trails to explosions to motives to the Iraq War. You can leave a star too so your contacts can chime in if they want too!

I am in complete disbelief that anyone is STILL conservative after the last 7 years. I do not understand what promotes this moronic, backwards thinking. Such thinking is how Rome and Greece fell into decay. trying to form everything into a neat, comprehensible little dogma pill for hyperactive children to swallow so they don't say things they shouldn't. bullying grown adults into clan-like thinking. Why would you promote this? and i'm not giving best answer to whoever agrees with me. i'm giving best answer to whoever can tell me how this happens.

Can anyone point me to any websites where I can read up on the Texas law regarding accessing and reading another person's personal email without their permission? The email was not associated with work, just a personal hotmail or yahoo account. The person who did this did not have permission to access the account at anytime and was never given the login in or password. They also did not access the account for any monetary reasons. It appears they read the emails just to read the emails. This person also does not live in my house so the account was accessed from a different location, possibly their home. What legal rights do I have regarding this matter?

I just read that the Judge narrowed the court order and told this pedophile that he has to stay at least 30 feet from anyplace chidren congregate. McClellen says that he just can't live anywhere so "Orwellian" and that it's "nightmarish" that they'd slap him with this order. Do you believe this guy? If anything's nightmarish, it's the thought of this creep hanging around your kids' schoolyards.

The term of my service was to be 8/6/07 to 8/17/07 (today's date is 8/26/07). I can't believe it completely slipped my mind until today when I was looking for a spot to put a football schedule up on the fridge! Does anyone think or know if it would be wise to call and just be honest about my pathetic memory and ask to be re-scheduled for another jury pool?

I notice that when police train K-9 units, the dogs are taught to be loyal to their handler and that people are not allowed to pet them because the dog is extremely protective.

Are these dogs allowed to be spayed or neutered or are they allowed to keep "what God gave em?'"

He says it's not for him. The recruiters lied to him about going to college and about him "Not" having to go to Iraq. (I warned him) Now his reserve unit says "You have to go to Iraq" and he says he doesn't want to go. What now?

Within the next year or so I plan on going to college for Criminal Justice in Nashville TN, applying to a dept. (possibly Nashville Metro PD), then ultimately becoming a Homicide Detective.

I'm excited to start this but while making my plans I keep coming up against one pretty big wall. Everyone I talk to in Law Enforcement keeps claiming that instead of studying for a degree in CJ it is better to study something geared more towards a specific activity or job I want in the future. Example: FBI agent specializing in illegal banking activities might study Computer Sci. or Accounting.

My friend wants to be a CSI and is currently studying Criminal Justice. Her classes have studied the workings of the Justice system, taken tours of the jail, gone on ride-a-longs, practiced extracting DNA, and received real finger printing kits. All things relating to her future career. So I'm just wondering what IS the CJ degree for if NOT Law Enforcement!? And is it actually looked down upon in LE.
