I just read that the Judge narrowed the court order and told this pedophile that he has to stay at least 30 feet from anyplace chidren congregate. McClellen says that he just can't live anywhere so "Orwellian" and that it's "nightmarish" that they'd slap him with this order. Do you believe this guy? If anything's nightmarish, it's the thought of this creep hanging around your kids' schoolyards.

Sorry folks, but I had THOUGHT this was a free country, where a person could express their opinions and rationally debate them... This man hasn't broken any laws, yet the verdict of guilty has already been pronounced... and some of you are as sick as he is in my opinion! As an American citizen, he has the RIGHT to advocate changing ANY laws he feels are unjust, just as we all have the RIGHT to do so. Does anyone honestly think he's going to change the age of consent as drastically as he is proposing???

McClellen even LOOKS like my idea of a child predator...glad he's leaving our state, but somebody should follow him and warn parents in his new location. Even if he has "never molested" a child, how many children have ended up totally traumatized, or even dead, as a result of his postings on the net for other pedophiles. His quirky reason for being is to alert others as to places to find children. The man is dangerous!

Yeah,but what can you do?If there's nothing he can be charged with,the only thing the public can do is to be vigilant and keep an eye out for him.
What worries me is that some poor schmuck is gonna lose it and either assault this idiot or even kill him,and then get stuck in prison for years and years.

I think, when it comes to pedophiles, the part of the body that commits the crime, should be nailed with a 16d nail or larger, to a gasoline saturated stump, and the stump set on fire after handing them a rusty spoon. And anyone that helps them in anyway with the crime, should join them.
