This is just one of many instances where this administration wants to change the rules to further their agenda.
Anyone who thinks that the manipulation of facts....killing innocent men, women and children....sending our national troops to thier deaths...withholding facts and emails that would be incriminating are not criminal actions then this country, in all seriousness is in for some very, very tough times ahead!
Who are we as Americans...Americans damnit', regardless of your political affiliation, not to see that all of this destruction and death is against all humanity, much less George Bush's "God"...whoever that really is? Are those that call themselves republicans that brainwashed?
There was not one...count it.....not one Iraqi involved in the horrific murders during 911! Not one!!! But those who call themselves 'conservatives' think its right to be so 'liberal' with handing out death sentences to thousands who had nothing to do with 911!!! I am pised at how so-called Americans have let such a tyrant not only brainwash them, but excuse so many non-american actions.
This is called the "Land of the Free" not the land of the brainwashed.. Lets not forget it!

Do I sense some hostility here? You forgot to use the word "arrogance". If you had a full grasp of the facts, you would know that no war crimes have been committed by GWB or anyone else in the executive branch.

That's what he's hoping for. And if he, "Dick" Cheney and Karl Rove bought the last 2 elections, who's to say he won't get away with this too?
