my boyfriend and daddy to my 18 month old recieved 30 days in jail, the judge gave him that sentence...he went in on friday...when the 30 days is up...how does the jail officials know he is getting out??? I want to be sure he is coming out!!!! The jail is very overcrowded...does that mean he can get out earlier??? he went in on habitual driving while license suspended

There`ve been cases where someone`s been sent up for 30 days , but because they forgot about him , it was 6 years before he got out !

Call the Warden twice a day and remind him your boyfriend is in there !

The important thing isn't getting out on time or early. You think he'll learn anything about not breaking the law?

He shouldn't be in prison to start, it was COMPLETELY preventable. Why did get keep driving although he knew it was illegal???

He needs to do his full sentence, how else is he going to learn. What's so hard about taking a bus or getting rides or something?? Really a stupid and insensitive thing to do to you and your child.
