The radical right would.I still have hope that that's not all conservatives. We shouldn't generalize. There are Conservatives speaking out against the failed Bush administration and the wider destructive Neoconservative movement.

Probably, but no doubt most Liberals would be quite happy if the U.S. became fascist if it meant that conservatives would be silenced forever. They would rather die than admit it, but most politicians, liberal or conservative, would probably love to set up a fascist government in the U.S. with them as its leader.

Sinclair Lewis once said: 'When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in a flag and carrying a cross."
'Cons' had best pray that it doesn't happen - because if the liberals are forever silenced, so too will the conservatives.
Look how many politicians today proudly proclaim their respect for our flag, yet can't recite the words to the 'Star Spangled Banner". Look how many politicians today claim to be Christians, or born-again Christians, yet get caught trying to seduce underage Congressional pages; are arrested for drunk driving; become addicted to drugs or prescription medicines; carry on adulterous extra-marital affairs; hiring prostitutes; stealing money, or doing all kinds of other unChristian things. Hypocrites, all! -RKO- 08/26/07

The classic definition of fascism (pre 1990): An economic system in which there is private property, and private ownership of business, but the government controls the the use of property, and what the businesses are allowed to engage in. It is important to note that there are two types of political systems that fascism is possible. Socialism( Nazi Germany is an example), and dictatorships (Iraq under Saddam). The more current definition of fascism is a classic example how liberals tend to re-write history, and definitions so their failures are put in better light. I for one, do not want liberals forever silenced. When liberals vocalize their points of view, it is so easy to show their lack of understanding where history is concerned.

No, we prefer smaller govt. I dont mind liberals, but I am not happy when ignorant people blast other people simply due to differences in opinion.

No I wouldn't like this country to be fascist, but I would like it if Liberals were to move to Venezuela with their hero Chavez.

No, of course not. Equal checks and balances keep each other from being too far out of line.
I'll be honest though, it wouldnt bother too much if the 911 conspiracy folks or the Bush is Hitler folks just moved to a country that may be more accommodating for them.
