I have failed out of one college, and then dropped out of another. How much will this count against me, will they see me as a failure and reject me? I really want to join because it seems like a place I could succeed, learn discipline, and have a lot of awesome opportunities.

The pro spanking people are also the pro war people in most cases .
All the parents I know who spank also support Bush and the war . Why is this .
Maybe they just do not understand that violence only increases the more often it is applied as a means to solve a problem .

there are two different wars fought at different times. is it because younger people want to "make love not war " like there parents. as an iraq vet i think it is disrespectful to vietnam vets. they did what asked for them at that time and todays vets are doing what is asked for them now. dont combine the two wars together so that you can feel justified for being against the war in iraq.

to all vietnam vets, welcome home and god bless!

I was in an auto accident about 4 weeks ago. And today I have court for a ticket that I recieved. I got the police report a week after the accident and in the report has the wrong weather conditions listed in it and the other person that hit me said that I was on a cell phone. Ok the officers never asked me if I was on a cell phone and by the way I dont own a cell phone. I got a ticket for failure to yeild and I did yeild, her car was behind a diffrent car that was turning. In the report it lists that I was going 30 mph and there is no way you can go that fast in that intersection! I was going about 15 mph. My car was totaled and I have never had a ticket in my life. Does anyone have any advice for me. Also on the report it says that I got a ticket for inattentive driving and I didnt get a ticket for that either. So the whole report is not even right! Does anyone have any advise for me?

A security guard pulled me from a crowd at a rock concert and told the police that I was "throwing beer bottles at the stage", the police took my information and said that I woud receive a ticket in the mail for disorderly conduct. The beer bottles just so happened to be plastic bottles and the police did not see me doing anything, nor was I read my rights. Should I fight it or just pay the fine and forget about it? I think a lawyer would just be a waste of money.

I am attempting to join the Army Rangers and I will serve in war if I have to, whether it be in Iraq, Afghanistan, or Iran, I will serve. I am sick of my fellow Americans being so soft and peace-loving, and complaining about every war we get into. They have to face reality and realize we will never see world peace, but we can get closer to it by fighting terrorists and defending America.

We should start the draft back up, and draft every man and woman 18 years old to 35 years old and throw any draft dodgers into jail for life if it is peace time or hang them if it is a time of war for running away from their country; and this time they will have nowher to hide as Canada will no longer accept draft dodgers.

I intentionally never married and never had kids just so I could serve in the military and go to war without worrying about a bunch of jokes crying over my dead body if I died for this country,

The church in Chicago which hid Elvira Arrellano for a year receives many thousands of dollars from church members, on which it doesn't have to pay a dime of taxes because the USA has always exempted churches from paying taxes. If a church encourages the breaking of our nation's laws, shouldn't it lose its tax exemption?

I have posted questions here before in an attempt to either get my point across by being over the top, or to lighten things up. I see other questions that are clearly sarcastic, yet people answer them SO seriously.
You could look at my questions and not find funny, which is your right, but why are people here so serious? There are serious issues that need to be addressed, but are they going to be SOLVED in y/a politics?? Doubt it.
Lighten up folks!!

I know some very frightening individuals, and I want to be safe. What options do I have in purchasing a handgun or shotgun and carrying it legally? I'm not trying to kill anyone and I simply want to legally have the resources to defend myself against people who value money above human life.

He had two war supporter decals on his vehicle. One for "I love Bush" and the other "I support the troops". All I did was ask him to send his two sons ( 19 and 23 years old ) to the war to make Bush proud. The father looked at me like he had been drinking lemon juice. Why did he look at me like that? I thought he supported the war? Why the hard looks? Why did his adult sons look at me like they have been eating lemons? If they support the war why are they letting others fight their fight?

I was forced to admit myself to Englewood Hospital in Englewood, New Jersey on June 20, 2006 when a skin infection worsened to an extent that my doctor counseled me that I must admit myself for emergency care. I was released on June 23, 2006 on or about 6 P.M. My total cost for the hospital care came to $22,061.00.

At the time that I was admitted to the hospital, I did not have medical insurance coverage. I did not get coverage until after the time period to file was over. I am being sued by a law firm representing the hospital. Should Oxford be responsible for the bill or am I automatically subject to the fine print that stated the filing period for claims? Oxford tells me I'm not responsible to pay since it is the hospital's responsibility regardless of circumstances. Is this true? I've heard that if a collecting agent can't prove they own the debt that I don't have to pay. Is this possible and if so, why wouldn't the lawyers know about this and make sure they own what they bill?
