I currently work in a financial consulting firm in California and I have been working here for a little over two years. In October, I will be going out of the country for a length of 3 months and hence I decided to quit my job. I was wondering if I could still get unemployment benefits if I voluntarily quit my job?

1) If they get suspended of banned all they have to do is create another account.
2) People always seem to get offended but has anyone remembered our bill or rights? I will give you a hint. WE HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
3) If people don't like what you have to say ignore it, other people might like it.
4) Just because it is wrong in society to be bigots, critizise, or speak your mind, in other societys it is perfectly fine.
5) Everyone and anyone has the right to say what they want and if you don't like it to bad because you can create as many accounts as you want so just let it be.

girlfriend left and still has a lot of stuff at my place. i own my own home. she had chosen a day to come get her things 5 times and has only showed up once. there is still a lot remaining and she says she wants it. Now i want it out of my house as quickly as possible. She will name a day and contact me the day before and say she cannot make it. Is there legal action i can take that would require her to either remove the items from my property or possibly forfeit ownership of it so i am not liable when i throw it away or refuse to let her on my property? It has almost been 3 months since she has left. also this would be in the state of Pennsylvania

I don't like her. I am not voting for her. But, she's still going to win it - no matter what I - or anybody says. Money bought this election. Money buys all elections.

Hello, I was just wondering if, as a police officer, you can carry a revolver as a primary duty weapon (I am 16 right now). I know that it is not advised, but I trust revolvers for their dependability. Please list the departments that will let you carry a revolver that you know of/ find. Also what calibers of revolver are accepted.

I know, this is kind of a stupid question, but I am just curious....If a person is here illegally, are they allowed to own a car? I mean, think about it...there are people from other countries who own vacation homes here and such....and they do not have any sort of US residency whatsoever. Sure, maybe when they visit they have a visa to enter the country legally, but as far as having any sort of legal documentation that identifies them as having any type of residency status in the US, they do not have it.
So, if that is the case, can a person who is here illegally actually own any kind of property, as far as actually holding the title to the property (house, car, whatever)?
The reason I ask is that someone mentioned to me that the illegals here in my area always use someone else to assist them in transferring car titles for use here in the US. It confused me, because it seems like they would be able to transfer the title themselves?

I am all for immigration but through the legal channels of the government. So why do advocates for illegal immigration say we are turning our backs on our own immigrant ancestors? But didn't people on the Mayflower pay? Didn't people that went to Ellis Island pay? I am African American so were my ancestors immigrants or just forced to come here? srry about all the questions...

My boyfriend's ex wants to charge him child support, but I don't think that it should be allowed since she was 21 when she got pregnant and he was only 16! Isn't there some law to exempt him from paying since this is sagitorial rape?

Ok I've seen numerous and numerous answer postings on here showing negativity about joining the military. Mostly everyone thinks that its a death trap or something to that affect. If anyone is TRUE beliver in God...do you not understand that when its your time to go---your gonna go?? Seriously God forbid anyone can wake up tomorrow and its their last day...so regardless if you are in Iraq or on a highway when God calls you home then it will happen. Can anyone relate to the truthfulness of this? Or can anyone back me up PLEASE!

If the Government is listening to key words and phrases that would indicate mass murder would you still have a problem with it?

If you said no to this question...and yes to the other...please point out why you differ in the answer. I am curious to know your reasoning.

Sorry...about being late on this question

Illegals do seem to be better educated about the american political system and less likely to believe the lies of the repubs, therefore I the fear that the illegals might wipe out the Americans ability to elect a republican majority is why they are so afraid of them???
