I think we should give all criminals a choice. Go to jail or take sanctuary in the church she is in. If the church wants to be a sanctuary for criminals then by all means we should give them every opportunity. Of course we would have to surround the place to make sure no one escaped but it would be up to the church to feed, clothe, and shelter them while they were there.
Wonder how long it would take for the church to change their sanctuary policy?

I don't know why a church is legally able to give her immunity from the law. She should have been deported long ago.
The Bipartisan Open Borders Lobby will use her like a tool. Imagine the public outcry of sympathy for illegal aliens when she’s torn from the arms of her screaming son. The MSM will be sure to replay another Elian Gonzales moment 24/7 until the felony is forgotten and all of the new sympathizers are begging for her amnesty.

Arellano is the reason we ask: "If she's so worried, why does not she fix her own government?" Mexico has 1000000000000 greenback financial gadget (and growing to be), 18 billion barrels of conventional crude reserves (some estimates are greater), greater scenic coastline than the different important American u . s ., proximity to the main financial gadget on the globe and greater organic aspects than all of W. Europe mixed. the roles they gain this value effectively kill our financial incentive to maintain up with different international places in springing up automation for such issues as song-farming and nano-bot harvesting approaches. Arellano is right here illegally, so she must be arrested and deported. i'm no longer retaining my breath, tho. Yes, of course. She should not be allowed to become a spokesman for criminals who do not respect U.S. law, and who try to twist it to suit themselves.

In the U.S. we have separation of church and state, so a church is not any kind of legal sanctuary. The leaders of that church should also be arrested for aiding and abetting a criminal.

Perhaps the reason all these criminals haven't been rounded up is because they might become martyrs in the minds of other criminally inclined sympathizers at the ACLU, NY Times, CNN or elsewhere. That would be a bad thing.

The Elvira Arellano case demonstrates how laws have become meaningless in the U.S. There is no justice for those of us who believe in the rule of law.

I agree why wait? She's a fraud and a lawbreaker. She chose to put herself here conciously at every step.

She can go back to her home country and she can help others learn btoh from her mistakes and when she's back home give from what she's learned.

Oh I'm sorry...she doesn't care abotu the peopel back in her home town or country, this is all abotu her making more money and getting free government services in the US at taxpayer expense...sorry...

Oh my bad sorry again...she isn't paying any taxes and she is using a fake social security card and stealing someone else's identity...

Uh you know what she needs to be arrested for fraud today and locked up in jail for identity theft. After she has serverd 4 or 5 years, then she can be deported.

Senator Trent Lott thinks it's okay for illegals to steal our SSN's and commit idenity fraud and not pay taxes. Call him up and let him know what you think:

She should be treated like anyone else that has a fugitive warrant arrest out for her. She had a fair trial and pleaded guilty and has to accept the conquests for her actions

Why wait until she leaves the church? This is what I don't understand, cops should be barging in then there and I don't care if they tip over a few virgin marys that are a million years old while they do so.
