I've gotten one ticket in the 17 years I've been driving, and it was for having a headlight out. (I really ran a red light, but when the cop asked me if I knew why he pulled me over, I wasn't saying THAT!)

Only been driving for about four years but haven't had one yet (touch wood). In that time my wife has had two tickets and on both occasions the officer might have used a wee bit more common sense.

I think my dad, in his 50+ years of driving got one ticket, for doing 31 in a 30 (honest!)

Normal is a setting on your dryer. That is actually ripped off from a book title. (I only saw the title, not the author.) It is a perfect answer to this question. Normal NEVER exists.
