They are not getting mixed in genetically as much as just getting mixed into the statistics of the average American. I have not heard that statistic but a high percentage of people being born in the US lately are of latino origin. There's your decrease because they are on average shorter. I'm about 5'11" and was used to towering over everybody where I worked in East LA, now I live in Holland and am a head shorty than half the people I meet! There are so many ordinary people well over 7 feet here you wouldn't believe it! Plus they barely know what the hell basketball is!!!
