Assuming for arguments sake that Cheney has had enough of Bush and decides to shoot him. Cheney, being the whiz that he is with a gun, loads the weapon incorrectly and when he fired not only does the bullet hit the target but the rifle explodes taking him out as well. Now the country doesn't have a President or a Vice President..........who takes over. Also, Bill Clinton monkeyed around with this by putting an ineligible person in a line of succession. Who was this and what made thime ineligible?

... heading into Manchester city centre, and on the way there, the bus took the route through this town which is a muslim neighbourhood. And I swear, I thought we'd driven into Afganistan. All of the women were dressed in all black, their faces covered, a lot of the men were also wearing tradition Islamic clothing. There was Islamic clothing stores, Arabic resturants, Halal butchters, even Arabic hairdressers. Nothing non-islamic or British at all. I'd say about 3/4 of the names of the shops were written in Arabic. I was quite shocked. I'd been in different cultured neighbourhoods before, but nothing as full on as this. I've nothing against foreingers, as even though I'm British, I have no British blood- my parents are Spanish and the rest of my family live in Spain. But why if this is England, do we have towns like this? I find the fact that avertisments, shop names, ect, which are written in Arabic and not English, is a little ignorant if you ask me...It's killing our British culture

Exodus 22:16 -- 22:18
When a man seduces a virgin who is not engaged to be married, and lies with her, he shall give the bride-price for her and make her his wife. But if her father refuses to give her to him, he shall pay an amount equal to the bride-price for virgins.

Considering that the Sabbath, a day of rest, wither it be on Friday, Saturday or Sunday is without argument religious in nature, that is to say its roots can be traced back to a beginning in both the Judeo-Christian teachings, is it not then a Clear violation of the Constitution. As some claim there was an “obvious intent by the founding fathers to create a separation of church and state” in all aspects of our system of Government, therefor, would government offices being closed on Sundays not violate that separation. Should all government offices not be required to be open seven days a week, every week of the year?

4 years later there is limited electricity, gas shortages, danger for everyday iraq's, iraq's no longer see us in a positive light since we have been there over half million of their brothers and sisters have died.ok since we cant just pull out so does that mean we are gonna stay forever.there has been war there for thousand of years. what makes us think that by dropping bombs on em for 4 years is gonna change things there. by the way i spent a year there so i have seen first hand how hopeless it is there.

Following two weeks of investigation, re-reporting and fact checking, it appears that the writer in question has not been precisely honest.

To briefly recap: Pvt. Scott Thomas Beauchamp was writing stories for The New Republic (TNR) under the pseudonym, Scott Thomas -- allegedly relating insider stories from the front lines. Some of Thomas' stories, appearing in TNR didn't ring true to close readers, some of whom had been in Iraq at the times and places where Beauchamp's tales supposedly took place.

Like crazy stuff that they cutt the hands off every 100th person.
or like this response to a best anser from a republican of course
"Although this answer is not very thorough, it's the one that makes the most sense. You panda huggers need to wake up and smell the gunpowder, China is an expansionist, authoritarian regime, that doesn't see the need to meet international standards of freedom, openness, or tolerance. They are evil! "

Are they describing China or America?

I;ve heard some people say we need universal healthcare because the government is more accountable to the people than businesses. So if anyone believes that, I have two followups:

Why is Bush still president while the CEO of Enron is in jail?

Why do bad businesses go bankrupt and shut down when the Republicans and Democrats keep getting elected?

Because Pakistan is a "soverign nation".

Yet he has no regrets about invading Iraq - ALSO a sovereign nation, which had no military, no ties to international terrorism, and posed no threat to the U.S. or any other country.

Talk about doublespeak!

I don't buy the "but Pakistan has nukes" argument. According to the administration - "Iraq had WMD's", yet they invaded anyway, so that argument is moot.

And if the president of Pakistan is supposed to be our ally, why is he protecting Al Queda instead of either getting them himself or letting us come in and do it for him?

So the question is - why is it okay to invade one soverign nation that is NOT a threat to us, but not a soverign nation that IS?

Kucinich is who I'd say is far left.

How "far left" do you think Hillary and Obama are?

I am very shaken up b/c the person who rear-ended me didn't survive. I went to hospital & was ok on all the x-rays but my neck and back are really sore which doctor said would take a few days. My car looks to be totaled but I haven't gotten an estimate yet, I am without a car now. I have never been in this situation before and I pray I never will again. I think my emotions are more tore up than my body hurts, I can't sleep at night. I just keep thinking about the accident and that someone lost their life. The other driver was going 3 times the speed limit and it was completely ruled their fault but I don't know what to do. Everyone is telling me something different and I would like help from someone who has been through something like this before. I called my insurance company and as soon as the police report comes out I will know who the other persons insurance was. Please help and be kind as I am having a real hard time with this. Thanks.

before i start; i live in NJ. so if you still have most of your constitutional rights, cherish them...

the bill of rights is a bit misleading these days. you don't actually have all those rights as it states. so i took the time to adjust a few to be true. i won't write out the complete paragraphs, just what needs to be added or removed.

#1: Freedom of Speech, Press, Religion and Petition
-add: as long as it does not offend any minorities

#2: Right to bear arms
-add: as long as you meet the impossible requirements (mostly a NJ thing)

#4 Right of search and seizure regulated
-add: unless the goverment official "smells weed". (they always seem to smell weed, strange how that works)

#5 Provisons concerning prosecution
-remove this entire entry, patriot act anyone?

#6 Right to a speedy trial, witnesses, etc.
-anyone who has gone through the court system can comment on "speed". don't know what to do with this one. remove i guess.

now i am out of space.
