Do you believe we should bring the death penalty back to Britain?

Do you believe the death penalty is a way of punishing people or preventing them repeat their crimes?

So you believe in a eye for an eye?

Or do you believe people can change their ways?

In one of my answers to a previous question, I said that I wanted to join the Air Force Academy after high school because I want to serve my country. I also said if there was a draft, I wouldn't mind fighting for America against terrroism. The Democrats who answered the same question I did gave me the thumb down saying that my statement was stupid and I should die because I am a Republican. Do you think that is probrably one of the most unpatriotic things you could do: To say that me wanting to serve my country is stupid.

With parental consent, do you think this guy be in trouble?

ECORSE, Mich. -- A 19-year-old has been charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct after having a relationship with an 11-year-old girl, police said.
Blake Blythe of Ecorse is accused of having a relationship with the girl and getting her pregnant last summer.
"Not guilty by reason of insanity. He will be sent to forensics center in Ypsilanti," Blythe's attorney said.
Blythe's mother and the girl's mother are also charged because they knew about the relationship. Police said both mothers consented to the two having sex.
Both women have been charged and convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and received one year probation. They can not have unsupervised contact with any minor under the age of 17.
The 11-year-old was removed from the house, along with a younger brother. Neither of them can have unsupervised contact with their mother. The baby is with the 11-year-old mother.

The are advocating imposing no-fly zones in Darfur, which is an act of war. They are also advocating putting US troops in the middle of a civil war, which the Sudanese government has already said they would also consider an act of war.

So why are they advocating war and sending US troops into the middle of a civil war? All without any national interest being at stake. Does this make their criticism of Bush and Iraq hypocritical at best?

When is enough, really "enough"?
Watching a video of an ethnic group, exercising their rights under our constitution, displaying dozens of flags of THEIR country, while they desecrated, demeaned and grossly treated ours, while wearing bandana's to cover their identity. (Which I thought was illegal, except at Halloween.)
Another video, of a zealous and fanatical religious group, intentionally disrupting a graveside ceremony, of the family and relatives of a soldier killed in Iraq.
The Vietnam demonstrations during the 70's, was at least by citizens, who had earned the right to protest their governments actions.
Is it time perhaps that the United States has simply become too large in population, with a government defying the law and the will of the people?

Have African Americans remained idle, have they not made any noteable advances that would limit such a statement today.
How can we accept that African Americans are not educated, and unproductive, we can not nor can we excuse Hillary for impling that if Afican Americans were educated and prouductive, Americans can no longer reflect prejudice upon them. Hillary needs to say sorry now.

Lies I was told in school, Custers last stand, that has been taught in American schools that the troopers form a defense line and fought to the death. Historians went to the site of the battle with medal detectors and found by rifle brass that the troopers did not died as depicted in the Army's version of the last stand. by following the path of firing pin mark on the brass following the path of individuals. At the battle of the Alamo, everyone was killed and Mexican history states that Jim Bowie was found hiding under a pile of bedding, No survivors to tell the true facts. Ira Hays was among those paraded around the States as a war hero, for the flag raising on Mount Sarabachi on Iwo Jima. There was an actual flag raising, the picture that we know was a reenactment set up for the news media, Ira died on the Pima reservation from the shame he felt, thinking in his mind that he was not a war hero. The media attemtped to do the same with Jessica Lynch, to her credit she rejected it.
