With parental consent, do you think this guy be in trouble?
ECORSE, Mich. -- A 19-year-old has been charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct after having a relationship with an 11-year-old girl, police said.
Blake Blythe of Ecorse is accused of having a relationship with the girl and getting her pregnant last summer.
"Not guilty by reason of insanity. He will be sent to forensics center in Ypsilanti," Blythe's attorney said.
Blythe's mother and the girl's mother are also charged because they knew about the relationship. Police said both mothers consented to the two having sex.
Both women have been charged and convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and received one year probation. They can not have unsupervised contact with any minor under the age of 17.
The 11-year-old was removed from the house, along with a younger brother. Neither of them can have unsupervised contact with their mother. The baby is with the 11-year-old mother.

I think it's pretty sick, but I was involved in a case with a 12 year old who was pregnant....
Parental consent does not matter to the male. He violated the law. Also, if the parents consented, they are definitely going to be charged with numerous offenses, such as child neglect.

A parent can't give consent for their 11 year old to have sex with a 19 year old. It's still illegal and up to the DA if charges will be pressed.
It's like (and this is in a different direction kind of) just because a parent doesn't want murder charges brought up against someone, they don't have the authority to make that decision.

Some poster said "only in America"....that is so not true! Young girls are trafficked into sex slavery all the time in the former Soviet Union, Saudia Arabia and South East Asia!!!
Young girls in radical Islamic-state countries are taken as "wives" against their will all the time! Same is true for radical Hindus, they give their daughters away all the time against their will!
It makes me sick what these mothers and 19 year old did, truely disgusting.
This 11 year old should not have to be responsible for this baby! I hope she has someone that is helping her and the foster care she is in is loving! What a mess!

Thats just sick. I dont see how a mother could let her 11 year old have se, let alone with a 19 year old and I dont see how a 19 year old could have sex with a 11 year old. And what were the mothers thinking they all need to be put under the jail. And if my 11 year old think that she's old enough to have sex I would have beat her AZZ!!!!

He knew what he was doing what kind of bull is that, how you let your 11 year old child sleep with anyone let alone a 19 year old man knowing thats crazy all of them needs to be put under the jail

Not only should HE be in trouble...but the mother's need to have something a little more harsh than a year probation put on them...now that poor little 11 year old isn't going to have a childhood...hell...I say just shoot them all!

I HAVE an 11-yr-old daughter. That's just sick. Why would anyone want to get "comfy" with a baby? I'm going to hug my kids a little closer today ...

now that shyt is ridicules---this is why society is so terribly now, no supervision of our children, and lack of protection...there is NO way in hell an 11yr should conceive a child and Lord help me Jesus these parents should be ashamed of themselves how could they ever think that this situation is fyne, it's not...!! now the charges are a little ill but it is what it is... she (the 11yr old) just messed up her lil lyfe.

Wow! Thats crazy! Im not sure about disgusting, because in other countries girls would be married right now...And not necesarilly to someone their age either...But....In this country thats pretty wrong of the mom to consent them having sex.....Oh well....That was her choice to **** up her daughters life!
